Meh. It looks good and is a much needed 86hph medium, but did we areally need another 50 ton mech. Where is the Dervish or Clint.

I'm having a hard time figuring out why I should use this instead of a Catapult. Sure, the Catapult's slower, but it's got jump jets.

Maybe it's just me. At least the option's there for those who want it.

These artist's concepts make me want custom "nose-art" more and more.

At first I was all  :D :D but then as I read the readout and looked closer... 3 ML's and 2 LRM-15's.... Sounds familiar... *looks up catapult description* 4 ML's and 2-LRM-15's... Did we really need mechs that are so similar?

A good medium for sure... Great fire support.

Kind of "meh" on the art, but I really like what they did with the mech "helmet". (or bucket head, if you prefer.)

Excellent redesign - as usual.

I'm glad to see another medium mech, we need more 'workhorses' rather than more specialized roles.

Nice redesign... kept the major points, but cleaned up some messy ones.... Nice job!

Not my favorite mech, but I think FD did a pretty good job with it. I suppose the role that the primary config will fill is as a more moblie fire support platform (compaired to the catapult). It also gives players the option of a medium with JJ.

Seems to me that the Trebuchet is a nice addition. A lot of the prep for the game has been role warfare, well, this is not a jump in line, get rocked by the next AC/20. It's the fire from no LOS and bounce to another position. Lots of missiles with mobility. It's nice.

Its smaller, fasters, has slightly less armor. But it has 2 LRM 15's and 3 Medium lasers. Meaning its got the same LRM package as Catapult. (Cata's are lrm 15's) minus 1 laser.
Its profile is smaller and all its lasers on on its arms to aiming shouldn't be a problem.
Its a Medium meaning it will use your medium skill tree skills along with other mediums.
cheaper to repair.
Cheaper to buy.
