^This. Nice ideas, but they still seem to me like the carrot and the stick approach.

Start by actually unnerfing all those things that you've nerfed, from DHS, Ghost heat, SRMs, HGN/VTR, JJs, GR chrage mechanic, and so on. Fix the UI 2.0 with a smurfy mechlab, demonstrate that you care about those issues.. and maybe then you'll have a pale hope to regain the founders that you've lost.

I joined the game after the Founders Packages stop being sold. I did get he Phoenix pack, but only up to the Storm level due to lack of cash. Lastly, I really dislike the Clans so I'm not buying any of those packages. That said, if the Phoenix packages were to be put on sale again, I'd seriously considering upgrading that package. Any chance of that happening?

I purchased a Stormcrow a la carte a few months ago. If I purchase the Masakari clan package today can I ask for a refund/deduction for the 55$ I spent on the original a la carte purchase?
