Greetings MechWarriors!

Welcome to our Second Clan vs IS Weight Class Event:Worthy Adversaries 2 Leaderboard Contest!

This competition will consist of 8 brackets: 1 per Weight Class for the Clans and Inner Sphere each. All weekend long, players will have the opportunity to prove they are truly the most worthy adversary of their weight class.

There are a number of MC prizes available for the top 10 players in each bracket, so don't forget to read the rules below and opt in!

• Opt-in on this page at any time to join the Tournament
• The event will begin at 10:00AM PDT on Friday, October 3rd and will last until Monday, October 6th at 11:59PM PDT
• Only your best 10 matches that are victories in each Faction/Class over the course of the event will be counted
• You may play in more than one faction and class
• Only solo matches will be counted
• Private and group matches DO NOT count!
• Score formula: (Kills × 20) + (Kill Assist × 10) + ((Damage Done - Team Damage) ÷ 15) + (Wins × 20)
• 1st Tie-Breaker: Number of Matches Played (Fewer is better)
• 2nd Tie-Breaker: Team Damage (Less is better)

SPECIAL AWARDS!

Players who opt in can earn 500,000 C-bills per victory when they score above 130 point. The maximum C-bills a player can earn for this event are 10,000,000.

Match points special formula:
(Kills × 20) + (Kill Assist × 10) + ((Damage Done - Team Damage) ÷ 15)

C-bills are injected to accounts after the event ends.

Unfortunately traveling this weekend, so I'll be unable to ply my feeble mechwarrior skills in this event; however, I do like the new twist of the 500k bonus for exceptional matches! Hopefully something similar lands in future challenges.

Just a question to clarify about the the "130 Points"
a) Does this have to be the battlerating in the gamesummary-screen (would be extremly tough) or,
b ) 130 points by calculating your "score formula"

Is the 130 points the same as match points? I don't think so. But the team's damage will always be higher than an individual's so that portion of the formula is a negative number? Maths please.

I do like the inventiveness shown in c-bill rewards. Any chance of a mech c-bill sale to follow this up?

So what we need here is definition of the part of the formula of ((Damage Done - Team Damage) ÷ 15), seems to me also this is a negative number. To use a match I had today where I had:
4 kills
7 assists
950 damage dealt
2496 team damage (excluding my damage)
win

Seems like I fall very short of 130 points

The score is not matchscore, but the formular for the tournament (without win bonus).
(Kills × 20) + (Kill Assist × 10) + ((Damage Done - Team Damage) ÷ 15)

Teamdamage in the formular always meant your damage to your team mates = friendly fire.
So if you did 800 damage that match, but did 200 damage to your team mates (by missed shots, or airstrike) , it will be 600 damage: ((800 Damage Done - 200 Team Damage) ÷ 15)

^I think this is correct... Team Damage = sum of the friendly fire dmg you do to your team mates.

I did the last one and Opted In to this one... probably will do something different than the Medium IS I did last time though. Doubt I will play enough to do better than the 31st I finished last time for that category.
