I would like to see a Summoner variant with torso E hard points.

Fix your poll topic. It asks if the Summoner needs nerfs, but then you only give answers for buffs.

Nice to see you get one right, btw. The Summoner does indeed need buffs.

Buff yes please. The summoner is my guilty love. A torso energy omni its heavily desired and i know PGI has the M variant in their files.

Quirk wise;

maybe faster JJ recharge? but not alot to make it a complete poptart.

Maybe energy heat gen deduction or just lasers in general like -2 to -4% energy omnipods.

missile spread is fine.

torso armor maybe a slight bit more.

This is just me and in my opinion but maybe get rid of the machine gun quirk and just make them a general ballistic CD +10, +5 for each SMN-D torso.

Also able to remove 2 of the hardlocked jumps. just two.

All it really needs is the ability to unlock ES and FF

Just fix the arm hit boxes or give em some armor quirks. Very often you lose them pretty fast while the rest got some scratches.
Pretty unflattering for a mech be reliant mostly on arm weapons.

The summoner just needs endo steel for the extra tonnage. That's the area it suffers, currently it just doesn't have enough tonnage to run full armor with any amount of realistic ammo for weapons.
