CPU: 4.8GHz 4790K Devil's Canyon OC
RAM: 16GB DDR3 2400MHz
HDD/SSD: 500GB SSD (OS) and 1TB SSD (Game Drive)
VIDEO CARD: 2x GTX 980 SLi
MONITOR: ASUS 1080P - NOTE: Will be upgrading to 34" Ultra Wide Curved 21:9 1440p G-Sync
DIRECTX VERSION SUPPORTED: DirectX 12.1

Looking for:

4k Textures
Cockpit Glass damage and weather effects
Dynamic Weather
Dynamic Damage Textures
Destructible Environments
Nvidia Game Works and Driver Profile
Inverse Kinematics

EDIT: Since some people are bringing up money issues I'm adding this here.
Just so we are clear so far I have put in around $2500 on the game, I'm one of many, some of us just want the game to look good that is not a crime.

Looking for:
Standardization of texture files to 2k with a 4k pack available for download for high spec systems.
Better User interface scalability at resolutions above 1080p. The UI is unintelligible at native 4k.
Implementation of Direct X 12 (though this will likely never happen)
Return of inverse kenetics.
STANDARDIZATION OF FOG AND TREES ACROSS ALL VIDEO SETTINGS: When you play on high/very high you are at a disadvantage to people who play on low, because there are more trees and fog effects in your way. Make new ultra low detail trees, and low impact fog effects for low end systems, so people who play on low do not have a visual advantage.

The harder this game is to run on yesterdays hardware the less people we're going to have for queues.

I'd would personally love a crisp looking terrain with 1080 all bells and whistles. However I cannot run it.

You do realize that is why they have Low, Medium, High, Very High, and Ultra settings? Just because you can't run max settings doesn't mean we shouldn't be able to.

Why not have both, The game needs a STANDARDIZATION of textures to a base install of 1024x1024, and an optional full 2k, or 4k for the heavy hitters who actually pay to play.

Better Frame rate and optimization passes. Game still lags occasionally on this hardware. UI is a massive resource hog.
Improved UI scaling
Dynamic weather effects
Inverse Kinematics

On my other PC the game runs the same regardless of whether it's set to low or high, but at least it doesn't look too bad at high.

I own a modest machine. Runs game fine. Specs don't mean crap if the code is bad. Which it is!

Yes, because the whale population is the majority. I keep forgetting this game has 100,000 whales.

Either you want a broader player base or want better graphics. PGI can't do everything. If they start upgrading the engine. We will loose players. They need to focus on their income streams which is packs. The fact they have been doing maps is very generous of them. So they do maps mechs stay in business and we all play. Yeah I'd like the game to look better and run on Dx12 but not at others expense.

Though they finally put basic trees falling down, and would love to see cars blow up, building to be destructible in fantastic visually appealing ways for more than just seeing it blow up and fall down but to present a means to snipe or take away cover or perhaps for it to create a nice big dust clowd to shroud mechs for a bit perhaps....

Likely never gonna get that kind of immersion. Doubt this engine can do it or more speficially this small group does not have the time to devote something like this.

No this is wrong, sorry.

Making an optional client/download package available for 3k-4k Textures for both terrain and 'Mechs is done in many popular F2P games (WarThunder) and would work perfectly fine.

It's just work and won't yield a direct income.

We all can't have 980s R9290 or 390s. With i7 CPUs. If the code is fixed lower spec systems will do a better job.

Optional downloads and having differing clients opens the doors to other issues.

The CryEngine 3 is a highly dynamic engine in these regards. It can run the same levels on something as crappy as a PS3 and on a high end PC.

I suggest you download the SDK and the Sandbox and actually take a look at how a game engine works.

I am going to say this once KEEP ON TOPIC. I'm am looking for those who want the game to look better. Not here to fight about why you think we shouldn't have a pretty game.

You can choose to play on LOW, MEDIUM, HIGH, VERY HIGH, ULTRA

You can stay on low while we play on Ultra and if you upgrade your PC you can has ULTRA too.

We have heard your opinion I don't need it repeated on every post.
