The PHX is just a little bit too large compared to the BJ right next to it, if we were to go with this scale.

Catapult is the one that skews the overall perception though. It's new volume is equal to or smaller than the lighter Dragon and so of course the PHX starts looking like a heavy when placed next to it.

Okay, well I'm quite new to this MWO thing and such... now that we have the fact I'm completely uneducated as to the last several years of this game. I have a concern... and I'm not really trying to be negative about this company but unless I'm missing some joke; why the literal ***insert chosen expletive here*** does the sales page of this 'Mech list 45 tons, the video release of the cockpit show 40 tons, and the countdown to release page show 4 days to release for the last 3 days? Quality control.

I'm not really looking for an answer but it definitely does not instill great confidence in those new around here...

Jokes aside, and sarcasm, it is 45 Tons, as confirmed from the Preorder page.

Hope they see Monday, else I'll have to tell Tina tomorrow. How embarrassing.

Phoenix Hawk is 45 tons. Cockpit video specifically States it's 40 tons @18 seconds in. I'll let you try to fill in the blanks from there.

Days to release could be because PGI is sitting in Vancouver at Pacific Daylight Time (PDT). Depending on where you are, the time difference could mean they are enough time behind you. At least it´s that way with me ^^

Best looking mech in the game yet. The previous screens and pics didn't do it justice. It almost hurts I couldn't pre order it. On the bright side, this maybe means that the Sting and Wasp will look awesome to.

Well maybe that poor homeless person thinks the lamp post is the thieving criminal that stole his money? Meanwhile this topic is about an awesome looking mech.

Also I doubt that a person would go crazy even if they had a lot of money stolen from them quite a few times. It would most likely have to be drugs that pushes them over the edge. Voluntary or not. Never met such a person, but I would pity them.

If pgi wants it to be a 40tonner it is a 40tonner... they own the game and know absolutely what is best...

If there's going to be a pistol at all ... the single main weapon in the right arm should be the pistol and any other weapons should be vambrace-mounted.

This was going to be my new main 'Mech, but now I don't know that I'll be able to stand looking at the thing.
