Um... I might (MIGHT) surprise you with something later. Maybe.
I would be extraordinarily grateful, Hayden; IF you're able to do something, thank you. My best solution, at this point, is to attempt to remove, point-for-point, from iso to head-on, and though I tried it last night, I just didn't get it right. The graphic I posted was from a scan of the front cover of the BattleTech CCG book, then I turned it grayscale, chose a good concrete texture, and embossed it.

Anyone know where I can get a front-on view of the new Catapult? I ask because I need to rebuild...

Replacing the Timberwolf with the new Cat nose. If anyone's got a front-view, I would be grateful. Thanks.

Background Schematics with color change. Hope this helps.

Wait a minute... where did you get that from? Surely there's a larger pic to work from?

EDIT: Okay, I see it now. Hmmm, it would be nice to see the full meal deal. I hadn't even seen that. Thank you for pointing it out.

Yeah, me too. I saw this great Highlander pic. by "Flying Debris" and must realize my ideas. I hope to see some nice repaints?!
A Northwind Highlanders Coloursheme would be awesome! Feel free...

I actually started on this last night, and I do have the one with "closed" doors already done. I'll be putting up a Chesterton Reserves 'mech with that feature shortly.

Can you try one of the Dagger's door variants too? He has even both opened and a one with no "doors". ;)

Check it out.

Oh, and Kay, I don't believe Alex's gonna use the Catapults cockpit on Mad Cat, because of two reasons. First is that when you imaginary put two arms with guns to this Catapult, you won't see the resemblence with Mad Cat and the second is that Cat and Mad Cat never shared cockpit, just the rocket launcher placing, so if he does use this cockpit, I would consider it a fail and he already said he does not want a group with pitchforks.

Getting back on topic...

Stewart Dragoons Catapult. "Martha's Monster". Get it? Stewart Dragoons insignia made by me, based off what was seen in Succession Wars. I understand that the modern insignia is different, but I generally prefer older stuff. Enjoy!
Posted Image

Benjamin Regulars generic Catapult. This was a request but for a Benjamin unit in general, instead of a specific unit of the regulars. I decided to just go on ahead and just use the most commonly accepted Benjamin Regulars paint scheme. I did the Benjamin Regulars insignia for this and will be posting them up later.

11th Arcturan Guards Catapult.
Posted Image
Greenburg's Godzillas Catapult.
Posted Image
Northwind Highlanders catapult. Thankfully when that Overlord went down it narrowly missed Stonehenge... thank goodness.
Posted Image
Kell Hounds Hunchback. Last one of the night.
Posted Image
Dynasty Guard Catapult, per very specific request. Huge admiration for Dagger6T6 for taking the time to sit down and fuss with the launcher to get it "open." Insignia for Dynasty Guard and Capellan Hussars (parent formation) will be going up some time tonight on the insignia thread.
Posted Image

21st Centauri Lancers Hunchback.
Posted Image
Marshigama's Legionnaires Catapult
Posted Image

This request is as old as the hills. 17th Shadow Irregulars, an up-and-coming mercenary unit.

Thanks for watching!

Great job, Hayden, et al! I particularly like the Draconis designs. Even the Stewart Dragoons Cat above has the red going for it. I was wondering if you could do a DC Catapult, maybe with my logo on it?
Keep up the good work!

P.S. I especially like some of the subdued decals, though I'm not sure whether these would still be applied in the 31st Century.

My reasoning for the subdued decals was because they would be applied as "time savers", for financial reasons, and/or to units that want to place emphasis on their independence/autonomy, I.E. The constituent parts of the Free World's League, such as Stewart. Just because this 'mech is fighting for the FWLM dosn't necessarily mean that the Mechwarrior piloting it is thrilled with that prospect

Anyway, I've gotten through most of my other requests, do you have a particular unit/paint scheme, etc that you favor?

ED: Drop me a PM.

Hayden, Thanks for the Wolf Spider respray, it's a massive hit with the Battalion.

That K2 is absolutely fantastic, really great work as well.

Besides, there's a LOT of sentimentalism, at least in the fluff and lore, in this game universe, and traditions, such as subdued standards, remain pretty important.
