We just did an 8v8 in river city. We started on the lower city side and as soon as the match started before we pratically got off our base, we started receiving PPC fire. We moved over into the water behind the citidal and had ecm cover.

We moved into the lower city area and any time we came out to try to target and attack these guys they were shooting us through the walls. I moved into the culdesac and was still under ecm cover, not being tagged, not able to be seen, not being jammed from another ecm and I was in no way able to be seen and was still behind getting targetted and shot through the walls.

We were wiped out in a matter a minutes and my entire team suffered the same fate with the same hacks and cheats.



I don't know if all of them were using hacks, but considering that they were all teamed up on an 8 man, its very suspicious.

They were also advertising the site that they use to get their paid for hacks.

Please DO SOMETHING PGI!! Your game is going to be ruined before you even go live!

Also ECM does not stop someone from tagging you or using dumbfire weapons...

screenshots of the incident and the chat sent to support will get you a lot farther than naming them on the forum, which can get YOU in trouble.

Then its on you to disprove it.

There's no name and shame here. You were fighting Jade Wolf. You got outplayed by skilled pilots. I was there and you were #whining while we were #winning.

I'm sorry that you don't understand how a PPC/Gauss jumpsniping Cataphract 3D can put PPC and gauss on you within seconds of match start. Being one of the top teams in the world, it is our job to know where and how to pull this off as each shot and every point of damage you can score is incredibly important.

You can not name and shame because MOST of the time these people are just making stuff up so that they can be excused for sucking. I play competitively and personally I know that my clan is very much against any hacks, cheats, or tricks.

If you got wiped out in a matter of a few minutes may I suggest you check out the "training videos" ?

You probably have been lucky or haven't been paying attention close enough or both.

But seriously, people are.. if you don't believe that,. just go on google, and search specifically for hacks for this game. Like with almost any game, you will get hits, and in between the many fake hits to draw you into some questionable website, some will lead to proper sites or forums where you can register to purchase aimbot programs and such.

The very fact that these programs, and thus websites and forums exsist - and they do also exsist with specific mwo hacks/aimbots - is the proof that people cheat with these games. Otherwise no one would buy these aimbots and they would not be there and would not continue to offer these programs. But they do, so people cheat. Simple logic.

I have also seen highly questionable things happen in this game sometimes, things that are statistically so improbable even with the best possible build, that if you see a guy do it time and time again if and when you encounter the same guy, it cannot be skills alone. And any experienced gamer with a understanding of the mechanics of the game and mathmatical probabilities in a complex situation like this, would agree. But of course proving it is an almost impossible task most of the time.

But they are out there, that is a cold hard fact that cannot be disputed. And given enough matches, you will encounter some. It's just a very unfortunate fact of gaming. Those that fool themselves into thinking they have skills with their purchased aimbots, not only don't nor ever will have real skills, they ruin everyone else's enjoyment of a fair game in the process, and if I were in charge, I'd let them experience how hard it is to play games without hands attached to their arms..
