Okay, I'm done. The reset before the Open Beta reset was like a month before Closed ended. So it was the Open Beta reset that made the OP think more were coming. He didn't bother to check, spent MC, months later regrets his purchase and now wants to return the used product to the store for a full refund, scratches and all. Sorry... Have a nice life and good luck with that Real World thing if you get this upset about imaginary things.

He's becoming very unconvincing in tone and delivery. Must not have leveled his Sustain abilities though he had a strong leadoff. Started off ranting-like but has gone into kind of a mincingly-delighted pedantic tone, reveling in the length of the thread and the number of responses no matter how negative. I do like the great attention to every single detail, except in the regards to the reason of the post. Also, note carefully the need to have the last post no matter what is said. This is a cry for attention, trolling or not. I now replace my mockery with true pity for the person behind the keys. If this is your validation for the day, dude, I hope you got some. You did in fact not spend ALL the 20k MC. I would assume you still have 16,250 MC left over.

So we are talking about a single mech purchase made in expectation of another reset. Do you still have that mech? Or did you sell it ofr CBIlls to afford other smaller mechs?

If you sold it off to get starting CBIlls in expectation of another wipe (as was common behaviour dsuring CB to shorten or avoid the trial mech grinds after resets) instead of asking for getting those 3750 MC back maybe try to get the mech back. If you still own that mech, I do not quite understand your anger as nothing was really lost.

He does have a point though. I've been here since closed beta and do remember they said that a long time ago. But if you joined in the last few months you'd only know this was open beta, nothing has been said or is prominately posted that once you spend MC it is gone. And being this is "beta" a reasonable person would expect the MC to be reset. And the law is based on a reasonable person.

Again, you bought something with MC, 3 days after the Final MC reset and you're mad they won't refund it 4 months later?

Perhaps you should look up the word final? No matter how you look at it, they are under no obligation to refund you, nor should they after you publicly cried scam.
