actually the stock would more of the lines of this

SDR-5K template

with 3 tons of ammo instead of 1

I dont remember the stock variant having hand actuators - not to mention that it should have an AC/20.

I'd guess the following for a nice stock urbie slot layout.

R.Arm: 4 Ballistic Slots
L.Arm: 1 Energy Slot
C.Torso: 1 Energy slot
Beagle Probe

Due to their urban operations design I can also see: (basically what you posted - the lighter guy)

R.Arm: 2 Ballistic Slots
L.Arm: 1 Energy Slot
C.Torso: 1 Energy slot
Jump Jets

Or the tank design [Maximized Armor]

R.Arm: 1 Ballistic Slots [Most likely AC/20]
L.Arm: 4 Energy Slot
ECM [To protect it from those nasty missiles]

Objection!

Gentlemen, gentlemen, lets be reasonable. We need only remove his head the rest can stay as a testament to the Urbie's greatness.

ALL HAIL THE GREAT DARK URBIE!

If you look urbanmech on sarna it could give you idea of hardpoints based on what they take off and put on, I tried to figure it out on another thread so far I think its:

Right Arm 1 balistic, 1 energy, 1 missle(possibly) (the ac/10 is switched out for ac/20 or ppc , one version says they took out the AC put in a MRM30, medium range missles so missle hard point on right arm is possible)

Right Torso 1 missle (a um-aiv has missle launcher here)

Left Torso 1 balistic, 1 energy (a ancient urbie version with mg gets mg removed for pulse laser)

Left Arm 1 energy. (almost all urbies got small laser here, Ive seen some art work with flamer and mg here too)

You could almost make the ecm urbie with spider-5d. has ppc, small pulse, small laser, and a tag. Its a pretty decent mech. only i got to drop a laser or tag.

Well, that mostly just gives you the MINIMUM hardpoints as PGI tends to add a few depending on model. So 1 hardpoint could very well mean 2 but they only use 1 for the AC20.

I always wanted to do this with a atles and a urbie mech (Using miniatures of course). Have the urbin mech painted like a beer can, (a good CANADIAN beer). The atles using the urban as a beer can and taking a drink. But never did do it. Not even sure my mini collection had the mechs for it.

The UrbanMech 60 had the AC10 the UrbanMech 60L had an AC20. Once I get off of work Thursday I will hit my mech books and see which of the Urbies fit the 3050 time line & see which of the 30ton mech they will go on. When I have a chance I am also going to see if we can get down to a stock engine using endo-steel to make up for the weight difference.

My greatest memory of BattleTech 3025 was when playing a light vs light game and my entire team got destroyed and we were like wtf why isn't the game over? My friend yelled " Urbie!" and I checked and sure enough we had an urbanmech left slowly moving across the battlefield. Let me tell you there is nothing more epic than an urbanmech in all of battletech/mechwarrior, the thing is just a ******** tin can with legs that moves slower than an assault mech. Sure he got slaughtered almost immediately after he was engaged but there is always that question of what if? Imagine your team gets totally destroyed but your side has a single Urbanmech left. He probably won't take out a single mech before he dies let alone live longer than a couple of seconds but there is always that question of what if? If somehow an Urbanmech can pull off a victory against overwhelming odds that to me is one of the greatest victories you could ever achieve.

PGI should give a solid gold Urbie statue to the player that can win overall in the next tournament with an Urban Mech after release. Ultimate MWO acheivement.

Just remember for the weekend, if you bought the Urbie bobblehead, place it in your cockpit. We need to bring out the maximum effect if we are to summon the unspeakable one. Mighty Urbanmech!

With current engine system in place the "max" engine the urbie would get 60x1.4=84 which would be a 85rated engine. Top speed 85/30x16.2=45.9kph before speed tweek. But the smallest we currently have in game is 100 rated engine.

I'm in. I've already tried this beast of a mech, and let me tell you, I probably really hurt my team every time I played it, but its presence was nonetheless extremely appreciated.

Update to the Design, Using Endo-Steel we can get the 11th Heatsink & run a STD100 VS XL-100 Which will make you just a Little Harder to kill.
