There is a lot to digest from the three previous figures, so lets start with FIgure 2. I was unable to acquire how many members had a 1 star rating, given the search function simply returned all users on the forum when I searched for members with a star rating of greater than 0**. It also tells us that a very small percentage (.593%) of forum members have ratings. I did find it interesting that 26.7% of the forum members with a 5 star rating had made exactly zero posts on the forums. Someone needs to contact Prosperity Park in the Conspiracy Department.
That's me. Many of my friends who are fine players and people I know from the past I gave them 5 stars even though they don't post... and some BECAUSE they don't post.

Conclusions
For the 600 or so users that dominate a majority of the forum, your commitment and membership to the game is devalued to an extent. The numbers show you make up a rather minute portion of the users registered, and since your commitment to the game will probably be unaffected by anything less than an in-game Atlas prancing along rainbows and shooting daisies out its ******, your opinion on the early tests of the game will not reflect the market on a broader scale.
Exactly, It means community anchor poster children can be taken 100% for granted and not even considered for beta as such. The last test of patience.

The 0.457% yacht club!
LOL none taken. I really do at the moment. Classes don't start for another couple weeks, so I have been home too short a time to find a job. Therefore all I have is beer, knowledge, this forum, and time....a deadly combination.
Wave 2 is on it's way
I feel ya brother. Been reaming through a series of exams (post-school) and now starting a new job in about 2 weeks. So much for my 0.457% status.

I'd buy you a drink to help with the headache after working with those.

I used generic colors for the pie charts...get over it
So... about 23000 people joined (23% increase) since closed beta was announced, but only about 9000 people already registered on the forums have logged in since that period. Assuming the beta keys are distributed to people who have logged in and filled out the system and user information fields in the last week, then, statistically, about 62% of the people who got beta keys have little-to-no idea of how the game has been developing, or perhaps any interest in it besides there being beta keys available.
I find that disheartening.

You know they will never give beta invites to the 566 users with more than 100 posts because these forums will become a graveyard.
Ugh... Hadn't thought of that... said the #35 all-time forum poster

Ooooooh nomnomnom. Nobody else going to join in? I can't be the only web designer that develops on and hosts Unix systems, right?
That reminds me; anybody have -any- idea what forum suite this is? Still curious to know as it tickles my fancy quite indecently.
edit (to give quick info):
Google chrome is not required. Any up to date browser should work as Google Frame is a plugin to facilitate nifty web features Google may or has developed. Info here:

yeah there are quite few posters from the EU and I'm hoping to play from Thailand. I would hope they add a few of us from out here so we can test how playing with a ping of 350 works out.

I'm with you on that, but the forum has had a lot of the same topics showing up over and over so perhaps a fresh views would be good.
