Ben Rome (the author of the upcoming Handbook: House Kurita) just posted a preview from TRO:3145 DC in his blog.

That omni looks nasty. Good thing I don't have to be on the opposite side of it's guns. B)

Well, depending on how things end up going in the spinward Inner hemiSphere post-3145, you might have to be careful about that...

(Unless the Republic and/or the ilClan shows up to join the fray, that is.)

With all the stealth goodies we got, even if I had to face that thing, I assure you I wouldn't stand anywhere near it's frontal arc. Considering the amount of weapons, it must've made a sacrifice or two somewhere, be it speed (arrow IV) or rear armor.

Altough considering the only thing standing between our two houses is a single planet and yet we both attacked FS instead, I don't think there will be need to find it's weakness really soon. B)

They're quite fast. I mean, it is what... 8 days after the TRO:3145 CC?

Did I say I liked the TRO3145 CC?
Hell... I love DC even more... they have some serious firepower...and those Tenshi Omni Mech...oh oh oh.
Can't wait to see the TRO3145 LA - there will be one - i hope so.

BTW:
Question:
does the MWO Victor look like the LN-4B Lu Wei Bing or does the Lu Wei Bing look like the MWO Victor? :)

From here on, the list should go Federated Suns > Free Worlds League > Lyran Commonwealth* > Clans > Republic of the Sphere.

(Which, as it happens, allows all of the major belligerents on the spinward side of Terra to be done before shifting the focus over to the fun and games of the anti-spinward inner hemiSphere.)

Given the kind of effort they are making to fit the "associated realms" into each PDF, I'd guess that any new units from Regulus or Andurien might go in the Marik file, the Wolves-in-Exile may appear alongside the LCAF, and the new Com Guards might be as well to show up alongside the RAF as anywhere else.

*The Lyrans changed the name back to "Commonwealth" from "Alliance" in 3084.

Lu Wei Bing looks like the MW:O Victor.

The art for Victor was done looong ago, it just wasn't released and FD got heavily inspired by it when doing a spiritual successor to Victor made by Capellans. It's funny cos I even posted a small image of Lu Wei Bing to the Next mech announcement thread since I saw it too MW:O looking to be a coincidence... turns out I was right. ^_^

Agreed, altough one can't argue it really sticks to the Atlas progression painted by the Atlas II.
They had to stick to the real Dark Age design and did good job with what they had, really.

Yeah the Black Knight looks sweet. I kind of like the Atlas III, hockey goalie look and all. I hope it has modular armor on it, as that would explain the weird hockey goalie pads. :)

Let's hope it's better than the Civil War, Jihad or Dark Age.

Atlas III: Looks really silly. It looks like it should be slightly bigger than a person and fighting Judge Dredd.
Black Knight: Awesome, a stellar merging of the original BK and the MW4 one.

It is Dark Age. :)

That's why most designs may not look as good as they could. The Atlas, for instance, has to resemble this and so on.

For instance, that's why Stephen Huda had to do two designs of the new DC (old NC) mechs, the Wendigo and Avlanche, with the ones posted on his DA page being scrapped because they didn't resemble DA miniatures enough... which is a shame since his original designs were better in my opinion.

Also, here's the new cover:

Ah..... Mechwarrior Dark Age, taking all of those mechs that you fell in love with and then mothballing 90% of them. Then, introducing tanks! You love tanks right? And infantry? No? Too bad.
Hey! You remember all those characters that you loved from year 3025-3067? Yea, the Blackists took most of them out.
