Potion of Cooling.
Wait I lied, potions usually have weight. >______>
SPELL of Cooling! Cast once/game. Comes in Double Minor and Major. Major requires a sacrifice of gold as a material component though.
Spells usually have components which take up space and add weight.

It's a simple mnemonic spell that you memorize beforehand. You just rest between each battle, sacrifice your gold if it's a Major Cooling, and bang, spell's back next battle. Easy peasy.
It's the Meteor Strike spells that really worry me though. Same projected casting style.

Well, to be fair: PGI is always allowed to change its opinion if it has new facts. After all, we want them to correct their mistakes, right?
The questions may be:
1) What facts changed to warrant a change of the position?
2) Do we agree with their new position (regardless of reasoning)?

DHS for IS is a factor of 1.7x not 1.4x Clan is a full 2.0x
Fix the multi and fix the problem.

**side note** coolant flush in MWLL worked well. Having X cooling % increase is BS
Going to introduce a coolant flush please do it right the first time.

FWIW, I actually don't even think the MC version is "better" or P2W at all - there are real tradeoffs to both setups. This is just an annoying, pointless mechanic that won't add anything positive to the game.

Dude i buy MC allthetime just to paint robits or get good scores in horrible hero mechs. I DO NOT WANT THIS ****!
If they implemented an arena or some type of method to drop UnitvsUnit consistently I'd be paying them a monthly fee of MC.

They had issues with it providing a large advantage and being available for nothing.
...so basically it wasn't Pay-2-Win enough, but once they solved that little problem so they could cash in selling Easy Buttons™ everything was fine and dandy. Got it.

It does have a somatic component though. So all you have to do is prevent other players from using their hands and all will be well.

And.. picked it back up.
Apparently they were wrong about it not being worth looking into, since it wouldn't last a fight. They picked up the one-time-use 15-35% heat drop, and suddenly it's overpowered.
Also: dropping an idea because they think it isn't worth it != promising..

I've said this for months now. I am amazed at the number of people that act like this guy is our best buddy. He's a salesmen pitching a product. How long do you think this plan has been in place? It's not like they just woke up Sunday morning and decided to put this into the game this month. I would be willing to bet it's been in the plan since day 1, it's how most f2p games work.
How can so many people find this surprising?
