This actually happens frequently (well, when I was playing that) on the SWTOR forums. It's a process problem where the mods can't tell the difference between trolls and criticism. So the boards were basically one big thank you dedicated to Bioware :S any threads that weren't like this were shut down and shut out. I myself was even called a troll for trying to address this, and banned from the forums until December, as funny as that sounds.

However, I've not seen any of that here. I've given constructive criticism (very similar to my SWTOR threads that were trashed), given feedback and didn't get any harassment for saying my piece. I'd say it's pretty good here.
