Congratulations, I suppose? Not everyone is on a limited budget. This is obviously meant for those people.

Still I too don't care to be yanked around, nor like giving my name and e-mail to another company/entity. I thought I was dealing with MWO and Pirhana, not someone else. That's very annoying. And very misleading. Not promising behavior.

Edited the whole post: No i won't buy this stick. No way. Razer's trackrecord when it comes to quality, sincerity and service is downright abyssmal.
The cords for a lot of the stuff they make go kaputt. Useless junk.

Looks pretty cool to me. Don't know where I would put that huge thing at though, lol.

Although I plan on sticking with kb & mouse I used a joystick and an external number pad in MW4.

how depressing. No doubt some people will be, and are, excited. However, as i already own a joystick (and most likely a superior one) i am not at all excited and feel let down that it wasnt a new mech... oh well, you cant please everyone.

I also seem to remember a few forum (actually alot of them) requests for a MWO joystick or Keyboard and Mouse set.

They would be silly if they didn't respond to such ideas with at least a concept to see if the public will like it.
"Artemis" was also a fun way to keep people interested in MWO and give us soemthing new to talk about.

I personally will reserve my purchase until I hear a review or two on the design (which could be a while)
before I spend any money on an Artemis.

Looks like the thread was taken over by the key and mouse and TT crowd this morning. Well, they just don't get it. Everybody that played MW4 knows the value of a joystick controller. After getting owned multiple times most everyone will end up with a joystick. There has never been a game more suited for joystick use than MechWarrior. Some of you non-MW4 players are about to have a rude awakening.

Artemis! NICE! I like the idea and I will definitely consider buying one. The map display will be an awesome tool to use in game, especially for Commanders. Being able to spot teammates without having to toggle out to a map view; that will be very beneficial. The initial concept looks really good and has things I would be looking for in a good joystick. I like having multiple assignable keys on the left hand as well as the throttle control there. It looks like a good concept and I am looking forward to seeing how it turns out.
