Why should the Urbanmech be in this game? Well, it's iconic. I never even played the tabletop game, I didn't know the Urbanmech existed before I started playing MW:O and read about it on these forums. But like many others, I was intrigued and charmed and now I want an Urbanmech hero mech in police camo.

As has been seen via the AC/20 Raven, it can be done. And the Raven 4x is pretty much the same chassis... Jump jet capable, Ballistic mount in one arm, laser mount in the other. Just mirror swap the arms.
Going for an insane toros twist range could help the Urbie out here. Though the Raven also has a pretty good twist range.
It also needs a high base twist speed, otherwise it will do no good, since it will twist too slow with its engine.

The STD 60 engine to work would need to weigh -2.5 tons.

Maybe if a dev reads this they can give us the story.

But most will languish because they won't be worth while, considering how games are right now.
EG, if it aint doing 130kph+ and/or has ECM, then its not worth using because it will likely get you killed quick.
Maybe I'm being pessimistic, or maybe I'm just voicing my deep dark thoughts about the current state of play and how folks seem unwilling to run other mechs than those that seem to have more pros than cons.
At the end of the day, I'd love for it to be in the game. I just think that once it gets here, it won't get used a great deal.

That said, I'd like to see some quirks to make it at least marginally viable, so I'm not gimping my team when I field it (AND I WILL).
180 degree torso rotation and a massive twist speed buff (to compensate for the tiny engine, and result in a decent, quick twist speed).
Crazy-fast acceleration and braking.

UPDATE: The number of people who will never know the beautiful feeling of love is at a soul-shattering 55. My friends, let our hearts go out to this wretched lot!

It wont make it into the game just because of that fact.
I'd rather have a disconnect then a urban mech. Imagine 2 or 3 of them on alpine? yeah,or that new desert map coming up.
