4x AC2 CTF 4X. Good, slow sniper.
SDR 5D. Pretty much my favourite light 'mech.

Of those, I've only sold the Cicada and haven't really experimented with any new builds of the others in a long time.

1 ER-PPC
2 Artemis LRM-15
2 Medium lasers (CT)
1 TAG
3 tons of LRM ammo.
15 DHS
300XL engine
I'm getting about 40% accuracy with my LRMs because I usually fire from a flanking position and can uncover targets with both PPC and TAG.
Now if only I could actually paint it something nice looking...

Cataphract CTF-4X with quad AC5s. Most people overlook me in it for larger targets. Their mistake.
Atlas AS7-D-DC with Gauss, 3xSRM6(Artemis), and ECM. An absolute *monster*!

350XL, 2 PPC, 1 MPL, 1 SRM4. 16 DHS keeps me happy grinding fire buttons.
If Dragons are Hard Mode maybe I should focus on something else? Then I might actually be good....

For me it was initially a dual ppc cicada, then the spider came out.
Now though, I've dropped the erppc spider and run dual erppc trebs almost to the complete exclusion of all others.

2A Cicada with 280XL, 2 LPL and 4 SL works a dream, I could never aim PPCs at 140kph! *8(

That's how I feel about lasers. I mean, how the heck can you keep em on target outside of pinpoint range?
No chance with LL or ML, so its either MPL or LPL/SL with their really tight burn times. Logic would suggest that SPL would also be effective, but the Devs apparently are content with keeping them the ugly duckling of the energy family instead of something viable.
True story.
