THE PAINT
Lets talk about the paint Job first. Its a scheme I never liked that is until I saw a catapult repaint in the MWO repaint thread I cant recall the artists name but he used muted reds off whites which gave the scheme a wow factor. I carried on that theme and use my favourite washed out blue. All that weathering really make the cockpit, decals and laser pop right out and the two are needed to give the model visual excitement.

THE MECH
My favourite parts are the little wire ariel on his back (There's a punch mark where to drill the hole for that) the blazing orange cockpit glass (MW2mercs homage "look at the bright side kid you get to keep all the money"), that big laser lens just looks pretty and number stencilled on his shiny metal *** give me a chuckle when I see it.

Well, took you long enough to finally post this here, and about high time you did.

Words cannot describe how awesome this model is, and once again the paint job is breath taking. I always said your attention to detail and commitment to achieve it, is what will always make you models better than any one else.

Congrats once again on a fine, fine model.

PGI : Hope you post this on your Facebook page like you did with the other models posted !!!!

Amazing work. :) I'd probably even buy one of those if you made a Hunch 4G... Ever talked to PGI about marketing this?

Ive seen it before, but it lloks even better now. Amazing work.

However, you mention making them per orders. Are you sure it's not against any copyright rules?

Hey S-

I noticed on the legs and head there is that weird texture you sometimes get during the 3D printing process...did you have to do a lot of clean-up on this print?

Awesome work, bro. Absolutely Awesome.

hey, PGI, when are we going to see merchandise like this?
i guess you'd make more money from us by selling merchandise like this than through hero mechs xD

just imagine battletech miniatures that look like the MWO mechs :)

Topps has the current copyrights on the figurines as far as I know.
So, on that note; Almeras, it would behoove you to do a little research prior to putting any of your production on the market as there is a risk of copyright infringement.

Hi Guys,

Thanks for all the nice comments. I worked very hard to get this together I'm glad I can share my geeky enjoyment with you. :)

Before I answer some of the question there's a few people I wishing to talk too first.

But to answer what i can;
- I do have a MWO raven I'm working on now I just need to do a final clean up of the master and mould it probably take me a few weeks.
- The 3d print did leave lines, but they aren't noticeable unless your really close or hold the flat surface against the light. But I'm going to try a different 3D printer in the future.
- IP Rights wise= MS own everything virtual, while Topps have everything else and PGI (without knowing the details of their detail) probably retain the rights to their artwork/name.
- I want to bring you guys affordable plastic injected model kits such as Airfix or Kotobukiya produce. I have have the business plan to do just that. But I would only do so with the correct legal permissions. I have no interest in being sued as I run my own company and have a young family to think about.
- Mech requests aren't something I do. Its much easier to keep motivation when doing something for yourself that you like.

Great work Almeras.

I would like to see you succeed in your plan. Maybe they will sell well here in Australia. I'm sure I'd collect them.

You know if you made a founders Jenner-D, I'll consider buying it depending on how much it costs (I don't want you in trouble too haha!)

Most times a low run by a garage kit business like this wont step on and legal toes.
If he were to run a thousand of these and was making a profit then the Lawyers step in.
30 kits, no big deal. No profit worth mentioning. And much more expensive for the legal team to draft up a Cease and Desist order than its worth.

Can I pay for 1 now?
