Translation: You'll still have the broken system, but you won't die in under 10 seconds.

Why would you disseminate information this way? Why isn't there a blurb in the patcher news feed at least mentioning the delay?

It would be funny if it wasn't so painful to watch. They must be embarrassed, I would be.

Mistakes happen and people get busy. But it is definitely painful to watch - like a car crash where both cars are trying to park in reverse at 2 mph. Given that usually the public face of these types of issues is only the tip of the iceberg - can you imagine the sheer insanity that goes on behind the scenes? Imagine the inside of that aforementioned car - all the food wrappers and dirt - everyone shouting at once and no one knowing where they are really going!

Right! There is no reason to expect simple Unit testing by the dev group... or any sort of Alpha testing. Why would he think that?

Frankly, this should have never gone live - hopefully the dev group has learned from it and will not repeat such sloppy work..

You should have been here during the week of "The Artemis release" back in early November ... it was scary, dismaying, and breath taking and utterly didn't matter if you were under cover or not during that week of LRM Artemis glory!!

I, for one, will continue to enjoy playing Macross Online today and will also enjoy playing Mechwarrior Online tomorrow.

Srsly, ppl, this bug is hilarious, enjoy it while it's there.

That's the spirit! I too am enjoying playing as Gundam Heavyarms, with a million missiles blowing up a million mechs. Although I seriously miss everyone screaming "ITS A GUNDAAAM!" before they die.

Come to think of it, they should add that anyway...HOT FIX!

Does anyone remember the post the Devs made about going to the two week patch cycle because "(paraphrase)We want to ensure quality releases over rapid content delivery"?

This is what they were refering to?

Yes. Can we have more "random damage buff Tuesdays"?

Next week we can do Small Pulse Lasers do 10 damage + a crit probability. Turn the bug into a feature!

Ask for a refund? Unless you are running LRMs they've botched a good part of that week.

What? This is an obvious game-breaking bug that should haver been hotfixed immediately, or rather not have gone live at all.
Dont tell me you actually like to play with this bug in place.

How is it wrong? From December to now is months. From Tuesday to today is 2 days. Seems right to me.

Nothing I've said here is stupid. But if the text in here is painful to you, then perhaps you should take your own advice.

Looks like the update to the hotfix is tonight at 4pm PST. Or am I misinterpreting the time?

So are they actually hot fixing? Or is this "working as intended" yet again and if we don't like LURMS then find a new game?

I am guessing since it is a "Fix" then in fact they are not working as intended. A little deductive reasoning on my part ;)
