Don't get why something that is payed for means complains become self-entitled.
If I go buy a car and I want one with heated seats, they tell me it has them. I buy it and find out it doesn't or they don't work, I take the thing back and get my money back or get what I payed for.
I've never understood why the gaming industry doesn't work like that. People have stated all the very clear things the devs have said in promoting this game. If they completely break from that, its not 'self-entitled' to complain about it. If they payed they deserve what they payed for. Can't change it after they payed for it.
Videogame companies, indies especially, are currently pretending they're hot ****, so anyone who disagrees is a bigot, entitled, and should just go code his own game.
This works against teenagers, but the old men who post here, and paid 120 dollars for gold tags, 100 dollars for camo and colors, and 30 dollars for the pretty baby? Oh my god, no. They're making critical mistakes. Remember, this is the first day of coolant, too.
Most haven't even logged in. They'll all be aware of what's going on come friday. Old men, 'with more money than sense,' all share an important characteristic. They had to learn common sense before they got all the money. You lie or try to backstab them, common sense kicks back in, and you don't get a penny. They'll likely argue for bait and switches with their banks.
PGI calls the golds ENTITLED!? Yeah, that'll do a lot. Maybe they can snark a bit extra in the threads, instead of being big boys and girls and coming clean with their intentions?
