For curiosity sake I'll throw up my two Dragon loadouts.

Both are fine, Leg Armor is a bit high. DRG 1N can fit an additional DHS.
I would suggest reconsider your Front/Back armor balance, Dragons have an incredibly exposed Center Torso, you should balance the armor more to the front to compensate.
With the DRG 1N you could greatly increase the speed. You lose two DHS and a SRM4 to fit in Ferro, but you upgrade to a XL345. (Or a lower engine with no DHS change, or -1DHS)
DRG-1N
With stripped leg, left arm armor, you could either get that to a xl350 or add a DHS.
For the Flame a overlyradical design, cause I love putting Ballistics on Flames.
Two Large Lasers and a Gauss, on a speedy platform.

Ignore it if you want XD, I couldnt help myself.

STK-3F
This has been my one true love for a while now, can it be more loveable?
STK-3F
Small changes, Lowered some armor values for a Std 300 and an additional DHS.
I would recommend considering normal PPCs, Also consider the positioning of the PPCs, see the Torso Lasers of a stalker are set low on the body, while the Arm lasers are mounted quite high up.
For sniping purposes the higher mounted weapons are superior as it lets you shoot over cover without revealing yourself that much. Basically, you might want to consider switching the PPC with the medium laser spot.
Oh and the flame build with two flames

*cough* I'm not being lazy at all!
