I will bet any amound of Cbills that R&R is coming back (in some form) with Community Warfare. With CW they can introduce contracts, which rearm and repair costs could be included. You could sign a contract that just pays you all Cbills or combination of Cbils and salavage rights. Any which way R&R is coming back.
