LOL, those patch notes was SO typical of PGI: rolling back bad changes, making cosmetic changes, implementing some good ideas WITH bad ideas-- and of course, "bundling" everything together so that they WON'T know what or how to fix things when (NOT if) the "game balance" get whacked again...
