Mech Stuck In Match At End Of Round

Same issue here with getting stuck in match. Also kills, c-bills and exp don't get credited. Stats show I only played 3 matches with 2 kills when I have played maybe three times that and have at least 6-7 kills. Not sure what I lost as far as c-bills and exp.

same issue here. Though it seems mostly when I lose that it happens. the game hangs on a camera spinning around the last mech down.

I've had my mech stuck in match for over 10 minutes. Some say going into training mode frees it but didnt work for me.

About 70% of my games end up being stuck at the end, meaning no XP or CBills for 70% of my games :(

Another one bites the dust...

1st game after patch, our team down 1, but we still win. I get final kill in my Treb on Alpine, game stops but no EoR screen. Took a shower and came back, still same screen so pressed ESC and Quit Match.

After reading this thread I'm not going to bother playing a 2nd game until this is hotfixed. GL HF!

I could almost handle my mech being stuck.. but to keep playing and not get the cbills..

Every other round for me now, and if it's not this then it's just crashing altogether. I'm alternating 'Mechs as they get stuck in limbo, but it makes me sad not getting credit for some of those games.

Dear PGI,
It has occured to me that your ingame testers are terrible, they missed the splash damage bug, and they don't test your upcoming patches worth a damn. At most jobs, if a product had this many issues and actually made it to consumers; the quality control department would get fired.

E.G. My wife actually works as a QC Lab Tech where 30 people just got fired for substandard work; she does good work and hasn't made a single mistake, so she kept her job.

My first question is do your testers have any kind of sientific method in their tests? Or, do they herp derp around the game killing each other thinking how much fun it is to play a game and get paid for it?

My next question is do your testers have the fortitude to say, "Hey this is really messed up we need to fix this before it goes live.", to the Devs?

My last question is do the Dev's realize that their testers input is most invaluable to the product, and listen to what they have to say with some degree of humility; or do they just get tempermental when they are told there is a problem with their product, and chock it up to silly ignorant testers who know nothing of which they speak?

If any of your answers to the questions in this post are yes, than you've found the issue. The last step is to take corrective action.

i have had this happen about 5 times now. Seems like my mech is stuck until the 15 minute timer is up even if the round is over.

3 out of ~8 games. But only seems to happen when spectating other players at the end of round.
Different Map and 'Mech on all three occurances.

same to me. No exps and cbills reward when finally mech become available, which p*ss me off mostly. Im stop playing until this will be fixed.
PS. Most funny is that I cant play my latest new mech - highpriced heavy metal. Very good job. Your testers should be fired immediately, if u have some, which I really doubt.

I've had it happen 3 times already. Twice were as the match was ending and another was in the middle and it was like the game disconnected. Everyone stood in place running and I was able to walk around shooting. I waited 2-3 minutes then quit. I don't think I got the rewards for any of those matches but because I had to quit out, I don't remember what I had before.

Same here. Doesn't happen every time, maybe 30% of the time it gets stuck and I can't use it for like 20 minutes and when it finally releases it I don't get my XP or c-bills. ;)

This same thing just happened to me. I got the last hit on the last enemy, he fell down dead... smoke coming from his mech-corpse... and then nothing else happens. I can't chat. No end of game screen, nothing. I exited the game manually, and my mech is still "IN GAME" which is incredibly annoying.

Meanwhile my premium time is ticking down ;)

Hm didn't happen once today, played a few matches in a group. Did get the psychedelic thing a couple of times, though, but alt-tab saved me every time.

I clearly understand that the intention of a Patch is to fix prior problems with the game. I'm quite fine with that. I also understand that in fixing one thing, there is a chance of breaking another unrelated feature. I can complain at the beginning of every game like some players do, OR just deal with it and hope it plays out for the better. I do not mind these things for I enjoy the game. I came to play.

My only constructive criticism, (hopefully), is to have the Count Down Timer for the PREMIUM Account frozen temporarily until this is resolved. I merely do not want to see the clock run down and still see my mech "In-game" and I'm waiting for it so that I may continue on MASTER modules.

Having received a response to my support message with a reply of, "[color=#2B2E2F]Please note that there are no plans to compensate players for the unfortunate issues this patch has brought at this time." is quite disconcerting. [/color]

[color=#2B2E2F]Lets pretend I work for a 5-Star hotel. Let us pretend that a dev, a gamer or a financial backer for MWO is checking in. I tell this person that "Oh, there still a person in your room. You're just going to have to wait. By the way, you are paying for their time in the room. Thanks for understanding."[/color]
