Fps way down to almost single figures, (not that they were that high to start with). Only been able to get into one game after 4 attempts and even then by the time I dropped the rest of my team was already fighting. Time to go back to skyrim again for another week till this is sorted out I think.

No, that's been there for some time. It's only on Forest though, Snow Forest has that path blocked by a snow drift, but you can still jump over it.

And I hereby name this patch the Easter Egg Patch. So many weird *** things to find:
  • Vision mode that helpfully turn itself off (may be related to lag spike).
  • Mech Drop delay blank screen that allows you to read the forums while waiting for the internet to catch up with your PC. My team was on the other ******* side of the mountain in Caustic by the time I loaded!
  • Removal of in game chat... for you. Feature, in some cases.
  • The ability for the Client to trigger a blank screen that forces you to restart your PC to get rid of it. WTF?
To be frank I prefer to look for hidden upgrades. But this whole patch has so many problems that I can't start to find. Feels like a rushed Easter job.

yeah i realized that and updated my post... apparently I'm oblivious and never noticed it..LOL

Yeah, stuffs borked bad.

Had UI glitches for more rounds than I didn't. (No spectate screen appears, rainbow map, no map at all, etc)

I've found that my FPS woes are related to the map in some way. When the map / UI is glitched, FPS is abysmal, but if you hit RSHIFT + F11 to close the UI, FPS goes back to normal. Something about the overlay isn't working AT ALL and I bet is where a lot of ppl are seeing the FPS hit.

Taking much longer to get in game than normal.

Not all info listed for players on the Scorecard

Side note, getting into the forums is taking a very long time as well. 2+ mins to load any page on mwomercs.com

One guy I was running with had the same bug, it happened when he got hit by a barrage of LRMs on Alpine, I didn't save his trippy screenshot though.

Weirdest thing that's happened to me today was when my whole team crashed to desktop at the exact same second.

Looking at the Patch Feedback forum, there seems to be something missing in this patch, may be related to Jagermech, so keep a lookout for funny things when you have Jagers on the field. That would be easy to fix though (roll a hotfix out with the relevant files).

New Heat vision mode is not just ECM buff, it's also an ERPPC and AC2 nerf. Completely removes an entire category of play from the game (sniping). Lame. I was looking to start getting into more long-ranged combat. Now? Why bother.

Not sure, bit it looks like enemy markers flash red on the minimal when they first appear.

I think this was already in the last patch. I know I saw the red circles popping up in the minimap a week ago.

So they removed Heat Vision sniping but didn't fix Advanced Zoon like they said they would? That's not cool, man.

If you are having troubles since the patch do this:

Uninstall MWO
Run CCleaner on your system (Full registry scan) (http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner)
Make sure the MWO directory has been fully deleted.
Make sure your graphics drivers are the latest version.
Reinstall the game.

This should resolve most of the problems people are having, a lot of them are caused by the game not refreshing their cache files correctly or windows refusing to update the registry properly after an update.

Damage on flamer, LRM and SRMs were changed.

Some ballistic weapons on Jagermech animate now. UAC/5 barrels turn when firing, AC/2s recoil. Didn't try other ballistics out, and not sure if this applies to other 'Mechs that show ballistic model changes as you usually can't see the gun barrels from the cockpit.

SRM salvos seem tighter than before, with artemis anyway. I always run artemis on SRMs so I havent tried without, but the pattern for srm6 seems to spread like 4's used to. Me likey!
