That would be great, but you would need to have a few things happen.

1.) the crowd that believes that if you pay even one cent to the game means it's a release candidate, would actually have to stop QQing enough to launch the game, and fill out a support ticket on a bug they found.
2.) the crowd who believes that every change is a permanent one would have to stop QQing long enough to launch the game and fill out a support ticket on a bug they found.
3. the crowd who doesn't like (insert system here) would have to stop QQing long enough to launch the game, actually use the system rather than have it used against them, and provide informed feedback.
4.) PGi would have to implement a more concise feedback and bug reporting information center.

It's my experience that some people could win the lottery and spend all their time complaining about the taxes.
