So I was getting some texture loss on mechs and buildings sometimes and I decided to uninstall and reinstall MWO. Now the game starts up fine but the mech lab is just a series of white circles on a black background and some sparks over to the left side. The mechs have no info (everything in the info section is 0) and if I click on anything it crashes to desktop. What happened?! I need my mech fix fixed!

Best bet would be to contact support:

support@mwomercs.com

Include a DxDiag.

reboot... try again

If it still happens you might need to check if you got any video card settings that might be forced graphic settings on. I remember once trying to force lowest settings and when I went back I had the invisible mech lab.

Never had everything being 0's, could be corrupt, prob best check with support (click support up top)

So, I'll send a support mail if this last bit doesn't work but so far i have:
(with restarts between steps)
Uninstalled, Reinstalled
Ran CCleaner
Uninstalled again
Ran CCleaner again.
Uninstalled Graphics card drivers, reinstalled same
Ran malwarebytes
Ran CCleaner again
Downloading MWO client again atm

and then I will restart and see if it boots up.

Sounds just like what happened when I deleted a certain file. Hold on, I'll look up my fix.

Edit:
My object.pak file got corrupted somehow. I deleted it and my mechlab background appeared to be just a bunch of bubbles over black, with the sparks flying. Here's what fixed it for me.
