In a match I was just in a Cicada over heated and shut down in the river delta on River City night and I got a direct hit with an AC20 to his center torso and the game didn't register it.

So I am wondering how HSR deals with lower ping to higher ping shooting. From the reports I have gotten and seen higher ping people seem to be injoying the new hit detection. Where me and some other lower ping people I play with all seem to have shots that do not count.

LB 10-X feels pretty much unchanged, which isn't really a good thing. I like the weapon, but with AC10's being so much easier to hit with, the shotgun approach of LB 10-X has become less useful. Not to mention there's no damage advantage, no ammo advantage and only a slightly faster recycle time.
This is true. While the hit register is still somewhat better ofttimes it doesn't register damage, PPC, ERPPC, AC 20 and Gauss still display paper doll flash with NO damage registered far too often and yes I am WELL within optimum range.
