Servers are back up, and I found a nice change not told in the patch notes:
- Patch downloadingr ETA - I actually like that a lot.

What other goodies will we find in this patch? :(

Clicking your soul away before downloading the patch AKA the EULA.

I dunno, but I'm ecstatic about what they've said in the patch notes. I'm already smiling, so any bonus fixes are welcome, but not required!

I liked the addition of the ETA as well.
Hope I don't have to see the EULA every time we patch though.

Ever read any of Apple's EULA's before? I keep thinking that somewhere they will slip in something about Prima Nocture without anyone seeing it.

Hopefully this patch will keep some of the bug QQers at bay.

Not holding my hopes high, though.

they actually mentioned the most devastating bug to me as of late... the rainbow map bug.

that killed fps and my ability to tell friend from foe at the same time. thanks for fixing, pgi!

Alright, first impressions, 1 drop in:
1. New map screen (the one before the drop preparation screen)
2. Chat colours changed: All is golden, Team is blue, Lance is light blue.
3. Match score is sorted by lance

  • Lance commander gets real-time info on his lance's health %.
  • The map was changed. Coordinates are smaller for big maps.

IGP is associated with SINS OF A DARK AGE?

Has anyone played that beta?

Its got to be the worst MOBA i've ever seen, and shocking that its from the developers of Sins of a Solar Empire, a classic....

They can slip whatever they want in since it's all non enforceable. Just designed to scare people.

Maybe the grid squares are finally a consistent size across all maps? That is something I have been wanting for a while now... Awesome change if true.

Yea...it would appear so. Dont get me wrong, I understand why the change was needed but at the same time it doesnt seem necessary for ALL maps. Glad we didnt tell our teammates to land at D5 (which is actually C6 now..lol)

Hit detection seems very very accurate now, very glad to see this

They made the friend/foe tags on the map more pronounced and easier to see. Very good change imo.
