whats wrong with an RandR MK2.0 that not hinders you too use hightech equip
and just instead give the one that intelligently put his mechloadout a reward and this reward should be higher the much more low tech he uses and how less tonnage he runs and how effective he she is with the Mech.
simple concept?

Why exactly is using high tech equipment bad for the game?

And this only hurts less skilled and new players. You have yet to address that.
Good, top tier players will keep using the same stuff and I'm not sure why you're stubbornly ignoring that fact. It happened the last time and it'll happen again.

they shouldnt i say they can but that the more lowtech u use the more the reward to stop the curve that makes
the sheet so frustrating to look at.
and shamelessly plugging this sheet to underline my state of the weightbalance
[my point was that we have now Assaultmech online instead of mixed mech online]

So you want to use R&R to make Jenners, Trebuchets, Cataphract 3Ds, Spiders, and Catapults more expensive to run because you don't like Highlanders? So instead of using tactics to defeat them you just want to make it so only a few people can pilot them?
As a Founder you have never had to play trial mechs. You have had at least a month of 'free' premium time. You started with MC and could purchase any mech you wanted Day One of Open Beta. But now you want to make sure that new players will have to play even LONGER before they can buy a mech. Nice.
Balancing a FREE TO PLAY game by economy DOESN'T WORK. That is how you get PAY TO WIN.
If people want to play medium mechs THEY CAN. WHY do you want to FORCE people to play medium mechs if they DON'T WANT TO?

dude what drives a new player? a commando wich gives him CBILLSSSSSS
and the higher he goes mb then take a med or heavy he learns slowly that he need to adapt to make his
extraordinary profits still making him a better player for the team
how should it harm a lesser player he can make a cheap version of a mech too wich nets him a tidy profit
it should just reduced when he starts using hightech wich gives you more then an edge and iam talking about
extraordinary profits again not of that what somebody would call baseprofit
I said that this encourages diversity instead of monogamy like now
the vet will still not care but if he wants the money he wont troll in assault mechs

With R&R, people understood when you strategically saved your mech & yur buddies when it was 7v2 after a slaughter.
Now, everyone calls you a KDR ***** or screams "just die already so i can drop again" seemingly unaware or unable to understand that they can leave anytime and join a new match, or unwilling to do so because they only care about grinding 1 variant at a time and can't switch it up once in a while.

Just because you think people are having fun wrong does not make you right.

1. Without Community Warfare/Persistence, there's no reward beyond you not being punished for winning.
2. There's about a million other things needing repair/implementation first.
Once things are better squared away and there's proper persistence/fluff in the game, I might be interested in a return to R&R myself. But until then, I don't need any artificial roadblocks in my simplistic game.

You have provided no stats. You know who does have stats? The Devs. And those stats told them that R&R was a bad idea.

You're assuming that all new players ever will want to go straight to a dirt cheap Commando and grind up a bunch of mechs they may not really want to pilot. You're essentially making the early game even more of a giant, unfun slog for the newer guys. You're punishing them because they will be forced to use cheaper gear so that they can get a comfortable stable of mechs before they starts upgrading them.
The kicker to all of this is that you even admit that veterans will still drive whatever they want which means that R&R is an inherently broken balancing mechanic.

wich stats if a broken system were you can rearm for free yes sure i would call and abonden that system anyday
iam speaking of a fully tweaked fair and functioning RandR MK2.0
and iam referring to the spread sheet i linked
@TOGSolid
its an example but everybody gets his 8 mill on top too so invalid argument you can buy anything drive anything
just not as profitable as that commando with 2 medlasorz and there isnt any thing wrong with soft punishing for
loosing
the other point is still
how would you stop an over population in assault mechs?

You haven't answered the question why there should be very few assault mechs.
