Is there any news if they are or not?

It's likely they've decided it's not worth it, considering BattleTech has no shortage of 'mechs that fill similar roles (as far as hardpoints/tonnage/etc are concerned). Some even look vaguely similar to existing Reseen designs.
Not to mention, with PGI's own art style, plenty of 'mechs we -do- have don't look much like the original art. Even if we did get any of the Reseen 'mechs, they likely wouldn't look like you'd expect them to. And at that point, why bother? They'd be redundant, unless they replaced 'mechs we already have with them, and they'd essentially just be the original mechs in name only.
I'm assuming that this is similar to the line of thinking that PGI has gone with, so I personally wouldn't expect any of those. At least there's two free not-for-profit games that have/will have those designs. (MechWarrior: Living Legends has Unseen or Reseen, right? And I know that the upcoming 'BattleTech Universe' will feature some of those) So there are at least options for folks who really crave those specific 'mechs.

This.
The team at Roadhouse have at least had the stones to outright say "they will never be in MW:Tactics, so kindly stop asking." PGI keeps skirting the thing and refusing to make any official statements. In one of the fairly recent Asks, they once again were all "I can't comment about that," like it's something super secret. It's not like Harmony Gold can sue you for saying you won't have them in MWO, so quit being a bloody tease and just come out and say it already.

IT'S A TRAP!!!
Harmony Gold may have said all of that, sure. Doesn't mean that they will not suddenly, when presented with a target that has money in the bank to go after, will not suddenly have a change of heart. Or pull the, "We were okay with the reseen in books... but not video games!!! ARGGG SUE THEM ALL!!!!"
Simply not worth the danger of all out legal mechagemon!!!
-------------------
Edit addon: I wouldn't be so certain that HG couldn't find some weird, obscure justification for suing PGI for saying they are NOT going to be using the Re-Seen. These are lawyers after all! I could tell you some stories from the construction industry that would baffle your mind.

Since we both love the maurader, here is something to drool over.
This is Alex Iglesias (the guy who draws all the MWO mechs) take on a maurader. It's pre MWO.

We can only dream.

Harmony Gold delights in "Surprise! You're bein' sued!" **** moves, even if they have no merit. I'm not sure if they do now, but they've generally had enough money to just outlast companies, which they could easily do to IGP/PGI.
Edit: ... while the filter was correct, seriously, it filters a common first name too?

That does look good.
Most likely if the unseen/reseen do come in, they will have very different and unique appearances. That image of the Marauder looks pretty good, and close to what I would expect. Since the Cataphract is essentially a Marauder, I would expect very similar arms and much longer versions of the legs, with a back-mounted ballistic weapon counting as either CT, RT, or LT. Offsetting the weapon may not be "lore" friendly, but it would be legally friendly as well as allow for larger weapon mounts. The cannon wouldn't be able to pivot either, sadly.
