You've got men stationed on Idlewind? I was pretty sure it was still Drac policy not to hire Mercs. I might have to have a word with my Merc's Guild liason officer. If I've been getting stiffed out of fat Combine contracts, I'm gonna be madder than a bag full of wet Sierran Rattlesnakes.

That aside, maybe its another rebellion. Maybe Teddy letting Rasalhague have their planets gave other people ideas. Or maybe some pirates have gotten the idea that if the Combine isn't fighting to keep its worlds from rebels, they're too weak to defend the ones near the Periphery? Or maybe a bunch of the nobles are trying to kill each other, like they seem to do.

I don't know, and really given the way most of those snakes sneer down their reptile noses at everyone one else, I say let 'em deal with it.

I heard Theodore Kurita was on Turtle Bay, seems even the grandson of the Coordinator can't get decent service from those Comstar clowns.

With all that trouble Coreward, do we know how service is on Trellwan? Isn't that where Victor Steiner-Davion is stationed? Maybe we should get him re-stationed at Arc-Royal or even Tharkad until the robed monkeys get their act back together.

I got a nose for trouble, so I contacted a buddy of mine that works at a spaceport out in Almunge to see what, if anything he might know about what's going on out there, and he told me that a couple of ships that were due to arrive from Turtle Bay and Schwartz never arrived. He's been hearing all kinds of rumors, none of which can be confirmed, so I won't pass on anything that's not concrete. Still not sure what's going on, but sounds like more than offline Comstar equipment. 'I got a bad feeling about this.'

I believe you mean Theodore's eldest son, Hohiro Kurita, supposedly being stationed on Turtle Bay. Theodore is the son of Coordinator Takashi Kurita, and the Kanrei of the DCMS, which makes Hohiro the Coordinator's grandson.

That said, yeah, I imagine neither the Coordinator himself nor the Kanrei are particularly pleased with Comstar's level of service at the moment..

I am sorry I can not talk about that subject... lets just say we still have a few friends in the combine.
