I have the Identical problem.
EVGA Nvidia GTX 560.
Using both drivers 314.07, and the newest 314.22
Fresh install of MWO.
Cleared the shader cache just in case.
None made any difference.
A pity, I wanted to hear the rock music from the Heavy Metal.

try this custom user.cfg file with the package at www.terrantitans.com/mwo-user-cfg and see if that fixes your snapping problems - if it does/doesnt work, PLEASE post back about it here.

It did not work.
This problem seems to be a netcode issue. What we are experiencing is not a failure of the graphics. I can observe while dead exactly the way it was pre-patch. I am not getting lag becuase of slow hardware.
In any other game we would call this effect "rubberbanding". I can hit my targetting key, and get nothing to happen, or a very delayed input. I can turn in place, only for the game to snap back and make me turn again.

Delays weapons look like they should be firing but no damage happens
Delays on Targeting, Heat, Thermal, Zoom.

Reinstalled the graphics drivers and turned graphics settings down: no VSync, no motion blur, no AA etc all with no effect to the rubberbanding.

Regardless, I think this is something the devs have to fix on their end, and nothing we do on ours will fix it.

combine this with the increase in hud bugs, and I am back to the point I've made in all 3 of my grand total of 3 posts.
Please make the fixing of existing bugs a higher priority than making new bugs.
Just a request, not a demand. (yet)
