I am new to the game, but it annoyed the hell out of me for crashing very regularly... i fouind this Tool (because a tip during drop told me about it, wich i think is neat) and i have to say: if this fixes my stability, i am definetly going to buy MCs and start to play seriously.

Scan complete!
No mismatches were found!
With the current options, clicking 'Fix' below will:
-Resolve any mismatched (invalid) files.
-Remove unneeded local files (if any were found).
-Clean shaders
-Clean local cache of FE images (fresh image will download the next time the game is run).

1. Email support@mwomercs.com with relevant information.
2. Start a new thread with dxdiag, exactly when/where it crashed and what, if any, messages it produced.

EDIT:
I saw it was patch day today, and decided to patch and run the repair tool again...
Had five uninterrrupted games Yesterday evening, in 12Vs12 and it was all good...
So i guess the tool worked!
very greatfull, am going to buy MC and Phoenixmechs if the stability lasts until end of week...

If your game wasn't broken, why are you trying to fix it? If it was broken, then how did the repair tool break it?
As to my problem, occasionally my first game the screen would be black and when it finally opened I would be standing all alone at the spawn point hearing all systems nominal. Then I would take a few steps and freeze. CAD to TM and usually the second time around would work. Just sucks when I only have time for one game and now my primary mech is locked in a game.
Repair tool found some files to delete, as well as clearing the FE images so wish me luck...though it usually works on the second time around.

found a pretty useful advice some way back in one locked topic. setting the texturing to medium makes the game run just fine, without any of those "failed to allocate 324985 bytes" messages. i kept everything on max just put the texturing down to medium and it works perfectly fine for me. never had any crash since then.
