I am currently unable to find a way to play the game as despite having downloaded it i cannot find a way to get onto the game and into the mech bay. Please can someone help?

Uhhh ... what?

Steps to get MW:O to work:
1. Download the installer.
2. Double-click the installer file you downloaded.
3a. Double-click the icon the installer automatically gave you.
3b. Click Patch. It will download some big patches and apply them.
4. Click Play.
5. Sign in using the same login and password you use for the forums.
6. Play.

Note: As a new player, you will not be able to customize your 'Mech right away. You must use one of the Trial 'Mechs at first. During your first 25 initial matches, you will earn a "Cadet bonus" that gives you many more C-Bills than a player normally earns. That way, after 25 matches (or sooner) you should be able to buy and customize a 'Mech of your own.

Depending on your OS, are you also running as administrator?

And yes, the support ticket is the best way to go.
