Has Garth ever posted his X5 loadout? I'm on the fence but just don't see it better than jenners... with the extra tonnage you can better fit the bap for the eventual bap+ssrm destruction on the 21st, but I dunno about the bigger size/losing JJ/slightly slower if you make the JR7-D version (4ML, 2SSRM) of it...

Garth has posted a couple of builds on MechSpecs but I don't think his X5 is one of them.

I love this sale, just bought me an X-5 and the Yen Lo Wang both are truly great mechs and brilliant value for money. First match in the Wang, 2 kills, 5 assists, 400 dmg and a bucket load of cbills. The X-5 is just as sweet. What a brilliant way to increase medium mech visibility on the battlefield. Kudos PGI. Living the dream...

thanks - looked at his 2A and it's the same as JR7-F so I'm going to assume his X5 is the same as the JR7-D.

You are wrong, it's an actual size of Centurion, not too small, but authentic. All Mediums are TOO BIG in MWO! I wish it was real in-game proportions for Centurion.

Yeah and companies need money to operate. F2P means people can go that path or buy hero's, camo, whatever. You being a middle class worker should know this basic rule of life. Money makes the world go round and money gives you your middle clas job. How about this....You go into work, bust your *** all week, then your boss says "Sorry I can't pay you, our company has gone F2P". How would you feel about that QQer? Come on dude... PGI gets a lot of flak from folks who just simply can't read or understand simple terminology. It's a "Premium Free-2-Play" game, meaning? They offer premium content (hence the MCs portion of MWO) for those players who want some extra perks... I'm a working middle-class (or lower lol! given my annual income) and I can afford to buy even a $30 MC package here and there... and I smoke cigs dude... that's way more expensive than playing MWO LOL!

Actually, the name is InnerSphereNews. "Staff" is a title, like "member" or "Elite Founder". Though the company needs money, I think many things are overpriced, and they'll continue to be overpriced as long as people pay for them. If you're truly playing for free (and not trolling!!!) you're doing it right. At the current prices, and with some people having spent hundreds of dollars on this free game, I think PGI should be well funded by now. I keep hoping prices will come down at launch... We can always hope, right?
