3H- has 2 lrm 20 and drops the 2 large lasers, so i'd bet 6million C-Bills that it will have 6missile- 4 energy

3H, you will likely be betting ~8.5million C-Bills just to find out if you are correct. (unless verified elsewhere)
4N, chances are this is the +1 mod slot STK compared to the rest with a base of 1.
5M, the 5th missile hardpoint may be a single tube- see RVN-3L stream effect.
3F, would be nice if they considered it 3Fb mod capable and allowed ECM in it, but I'm not holding my breath.
5S, yes a second AMS would be nice, but we'll see.

tl;dr: at long range use lrm and blues
at medium range drop the blues except for alpha strike and use the greens in stagger fire save for alpha
at close range they should be so chewed up that a punch with the srm's will knock them down, clean up with the greens.
i would also like to make a note that you will want the greens on each arm staggered in their own grouping if you have the hotkeys or buttons to make that setup comfortable
L-lasers are slightly more heat efficient than M-lasers. Makes no sense to stop using the L-lasers on closer range.
What you described there is simply an inefficient build, at least if its used like that, as you dont use all your weapons and wasted weight by bringing them.

How? First i made this post before new patch notes were realesed and second because of my experiences from the battlefield, often enemies are moving together covered by ECM shield/shields.
