Really PGI.. fix it.... ! Finaly!

Its just a bad joke how you keep catering a minority of players with your matchmaking that allows every veteran group of 4 to kill everyone and laugh about how easy it is.

Just make Matchmaking give each Team a premade or non at all.

Or let Groups ONLY play other groups, or max Groupsize of 2 for Random Games.

And no, its not ok.

I see 4 Man Premade groups with FOTM Builds all the time. Every 2nd game i run into them, either in my team or in the enemy team. Both is boring.

The only interesting Battles are when both have one or non.

To me 4 Man Players are nothing better then Cheaters/Exploiters, doing everything they can, how cheap it ever may be, to win at a video game.

It will ruin the game for every new player, just the last days i brought 2 old CB Veterans and one new player into the game.

All quit because of the Premade Stuff.

If they would at least take Builds that are a bit less in Power to make it fair.. no.. they all run the latest Chees/FOTM.

Another solution would be to give us 12Man Games FINALY... to compensate a bit for 4 man Teams.... but best would be 12 Players and limit groups to 2 Players... THIS would be about the right ratio for random games....

Yeah i know now all Players come in "get in a Premade yourselfe" "L2P" blabla...

I was in a Clan at start of OB, it was super boring, 90% winratio... really whats the point to rofl stomp everyone every game?
@"L2P" You can play how awesome you want, you can´t make up for 4 players that selected Mechs that work together, working together ingame and beein able to communicate 200% faster and better.... really its just easymode playing like that....

There is usually a 4 man on each side most of the time.

I run premades because I like to play with my friends. We're usually matched agains't another premade of roughly the same size. Sometimes we don't. At worst, our Elo goes up as a consequence, and we face better foes with more chance to beat us.

Usually, but not always, while premade vs pug matches are not as annoying as they were in the past yet the matchmaker could still use flag that governs matches so premades would only get a game if another premade is on the enemy team in my opinion.

You can also add that premades have a massive advantage using 3rd party voice chats coordinating better over puggers who are limited to just typing. In game voice chat could possibly even up the playing field. But yes, premades definately should not be thrown into the mix with non-premades.

What did the devs say about premade numbers?
If i remember right, it was only a small number of the playerbase and not 50% as you say.
Maybe a lot of the real pug players left after encountering to much 4 man fotm groups or heard a "gg close" one time to much?

Wow, we finaly seem to have reached the point where i am not the onlyone seeing this!

Some defend "playing with friends" (aka stpoming players who like fair games) but some agree.. and not one saif L2P!

I am positively suprised by the community, really.

Oh and yes this "gg" after a stomp is really the cherry on the pie... just don´t say GG when it was clearly NOT a GG....

Usually i play 50/50 - alone/premade.
As for me playing alone is much easier. Can't understand how ELO really working. But alone i'm in winner team 8 from 10 battles, making 2-4 kills and many damage.
When playing alone we usually end 4 vs 7-8, course all other players die in no time.

Depends on your definition.
For me a gg is when in the end only 1 or 2 mechs are left.

But the problem with premades you find in a lot of games.
Some games prevent it with mm, other dont care and some died to it.

Is there anyother game where you can do stuff like this?
I don´t know any F2P Game that is PvP and allows for such cheap stuff...

And yeah for me a GG is when it was a close, interesting figth not just one team stomping every enemy in 2 minutes...

Huge issue OP, and it has been for almost a year now, in the land of MWO. Largely a reason why many left, and more will leave. That said, don't expect to get much sympathy here, on the forums. By and large the people that defend broken game mechanics through forum postery, are the same players who are taking advantage of the mechanics they are defending.

I get your message. Yet if PGI wanted this game to be strictly team (your friends) vs team (their friends), why is the option to drop in as a solo player allowed? Seperate them from puggers and we'll all have a friendly time.

I agree, when it's flat out steam rolls either way (8-1 or 8-2) and they say "gg", they come off like *ssholes.

STO is one, but its also p2w.
DAOC was not f2p but had a lot of this issues on the euro servers (8 man could kill 30 or more random people),
after closing them the us-players encountered it ...

Nobody will ever know the numbers but PGI.

Unless the implement some type of marker like the Founders Icon to show groups. (much like World of tanks does)

Until we get those markers, nobody can really trust anyone on anything about premades being in their matches or not.

So, just think to yourself you got beat by 8 really good pub players if you really dont like premades etc etc..... :)

I am fine with GG. To me it's like Hockey where they skate and bump fist or shake hands with the opposing team at the end. but GG Close is not fine because the close part adds the insult that is like "hey we stomped you 8-0, it was close"

i occasionally play solo as well, because sometimes the friends aren't available at that time. I don't think anything different of it other than I need to be able to coordinate over text chat (or just try to "read" the motions of my team). Thing is that its focus fire that tends to bring down the solo player compared to the team player. As such solo players need to be more observant of which mechs their team is firing at and go for them as well.

Exactly! The only time I'll use the "close" remark in that scenario is if the other team was a jerk about the loss.
