It looks better than I expected. Stickers and all.

Does any body see "Get' em Good" scratched in crayon on it anywhere?

I do very much like the concept art. It looks like a Father let his Daughter decorate his mech with stickers. :-)

Ok, i give up, im an *****.

I can't tell if you guys are being sarcastic or if there really is a Sarah Mech....

I need a link....

blinks...

I can't express in words my utter contempt for PGI right now, not only for the delay but they fact I found out through a link to twitter

Wait 'til you find out they released news of a massive pre-purchasable content package instead that will surely suck away sales that might have gone to Sarah mechs. =P
(I don't care, I'm getting both.)

I have something in my eye.

I don't even drive a Jenner, but I would buy a Hero mech if the proceeds went to the family. I have a 6 year old and a 2 year old and I lost my grandpa to a very fast cancer. This hits home.

If you make a hero mech and name if after her with the proceeds going to cancer research I will also buy the mech. This has to be the saddest thing I have seen in a long time. My condolences to the family.

Rest well little mechwarrior where ever you are. You have earned your rest.

Yup, me too. I'm in. Release it and I'll buy it.

Good on you PGI for doing this. Nice to know we can mostly put away our differences for a cause like this one.

Some friends of mine recently lost their young daughter to brain cancer. Even just hovering on the periphery of it all was soul crushing and incomprehensible. My condolences to the family. If somehow buying a digital robot on the internet can help prevent anyone else from going through that, I'm in. For that matter I would buy several and gift them to my friends accounts if I could. I will have to just mail them the money to buy their own instead.

You've got several months. The Project Phoenix stuff is going to release October 15th which coincides with the release of the Locust chassis. Check the Project Phoenix FAQ.

I cried.
And I WILL buy that mech.
Lost my mother to emphysema and lung cancer.
As a vet I often find great solace in these words, when the memories crowd too close. As they will do

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning,
We will remember them.
Chorus: (Lest we forget)
From The Ode of Remembrance

Get em good, girl, wherever you are

Thank you for your patience while we get our ducks in a row. We’re really looking forward to raising money for a great cause and showing off this amazing Mech that will embody the spirit of Sarah Parries for years to come. Our new release date is scheduled for July.

Thanks for the explanation.

We’ve been overwhelmed with support for Sarah Parries, a 5 year old girl who tragically lost her life to cancer in Vancouver in May 2013. We posted a tribute to Sarah and cancer victims everywhere, which saw an outpouring of kind words from MechWarriors worldwide.

While Sarah’s family has expressed their deepest gratitude for the community’s warm wishes, we have also been empowered to create “Sarah’s Mech,” a special purchasable mech with proceeds being donated directly to the Canadian Cancer Society.

Due to the unique rules governing charity collection and donation, we have delayed the release of Sarah’s Mech briefly while we sort out the last of our paperwork. We had initially hoped to have this Mech available for purchase in June, but given that this is our first major sale for charity, we want to be absolutely certain that all proceeds are donated appropriately and to ensure that all Canadian and international policies are being respected.

A sensible and reasonable explanation. If you had said this yesterday morning or preferably Monday, though, you would not have had so much negativity around not meeting the announced release date.

How about a post like this concerning some other issues the community is dying to know more about?

I would think "Get' em Good" would fit nicely on its back either across the top or down on the back of its tooshee like a bumber sticker. It would be the last thing you see as it blazes away after we drop and load at spawn.
