Your role is to stay behind keep the light mechs away from your heavy mech and your second role is to finish damaged mechs.
Your XL is a strengh and a weakness.

Have had pretty good success with it so far.

I would drop the TAG for another laser. I am more direct offensive power than a supporter. Also Streaks have their short comings I'd go with regular SRMs but that is personal preference only.
