Price will obviously be between Awesome and Phract. I'm basing all my purchases on the Awesome price so that way I'll have left over.
Expect it mid-June so about 2ish weeks. Save your money. The Victor is coming also. Think of how many CB you'll need to buy all three. I have enough to buy 3 Orions when they're released and will save up for 3 Victors then.

I seriously hope that they delay the flea again, and again, and again. We really don't need any more useless (light) mechs. There is only so much you can do with so little tonnage, regardless of the configuration of hardpoints.
When is the next mech scheduled to come out, btw? WHICH Tuesday?

Flea is actually delayed till after the Victor, on account of MASC implementation.
So June 18th is the projected arrival for the Orion, July 16th is approximately when the Victor might show up (give or take a week or two), and the next month is the Flea.

I'm not so sure, it will be a "challenge" mech like the spider though. Depending on just how dinky this thing is, it's gonna have a variant that has 5 energy hard points, so decent firepower and hard to hit. If you drop in a larger XL engine plus MASC and up armor it could be decently survivable as well.

I did a quick search and found this post regarding it, I think this is where I first heard of it.

Interview with Mr. B. Ekman
He states that the release schedule is Assault, Medium, Heavy, Assault, Light.
Now I thought that might be a gaffe. But if not it means, Highlander in April (done), Blackjack in May (known), Orion in June, an unrevealed assault in July, and the Flea in August. Maybe the last medium in September? Anyway. I wouldn't expect to see the unrevealed assault until 6 weeks prior to release at earliest.
The Specific quote he's referring to is at 31 mins 32 seconds, which is specifically:
"Yeah, uh, the flea will be, when the flea comes along we'll have MASC introduced. We actually are pushing the light 'mech back to the end of the chain so you're gonna see, uh, the medium, after, uh, after the highlander come out first, so we're gonna go h- uh, Assault, medium, heavy, Assault, light. That's just to buy us some time to finish stabilizing out all the network code and make sure that when we introduce the MASC it's not just gonna break everything, there's some other game balancing issues as well, and uh, so expect that slight change in rotation."
EDIT: And there's the link for the curious: http://nogutsnogalax...68-bryan-ekman/

If it has a ballistic variant we know that will be poopy. If it has a missile variant we know it will be meh. The energy variant will be the best.

I'm more looking forward to the Orion just because its 75 tons.

Actually, looking at the variants, it seems like that may be how things work out...

How are you even getting the money for this? Its so painful to grind I can only stand it for brief periods...
Mostly just speeding around in my spider, good matches get me 200-250k cbils so 1mil can be as little as 5 matches. But that is with premium, 4 days left out of the 2 month package I got last time premium time was on sale. I hope it will be again soon.... hint hint... also hero spider for more money... HINT HINT =|

The stock one would be mlas in each arm, AC10 in the right torso, and an SRM 4 and LRM 15 in the left torso. Basically an Atlas with all the weapons down checked one size.
I think there is a version that moves the SRM to the arm and adds a second SRM to mirror it on the other arm. It's the large pod shaped forearm with missile tubes surrounding the laser in the center. It would be interesting to use like the commando, trebuchet, and highlander SRMs, but with both arms.

I have never played an on-line game that throws money at you faster than MWO. I literally can not spend my c-bills fast enough. The only time I actually notice a drop in my liquid cash is when a new mech comes out and I buy 3 or 4 of them and outfit all of them with the fancy toys. Even then I consider myself poor if I have less than 60 million left over. And I hardly even play anymore (I have been playing Darkfall Unholy Wars)
How can you not have a ton of cash in this game? There are NO money sinks to speak of. Everything is pure profit.

The only good Spider has ECM, jump jets, and is ten tons heavier though. I hope I'm wrong, but I don't think we should be expecting anything from the Flea given how other lights perform in the current meta.
