The highlander 732 is arguably the best cheeze mech out there today, and I have not bought one yet. Might be worth it for 1800 MC.

Disagree, 6 mechbays would be a more worthwhile purchase for 1800 mc.

Pointless sale is pointless. Why pay you real money for easy to obtain normal mechs? Why not do something remotely not played out and pointless, like.... IDK, putting Modules on Sale or something?

I understand sales that target new players. What I cannot wrap my head around, is why they offer NO incentive for veteran players to purchase MC.

Today was pay day, I was hoping for a sale that wouldn't exclude my demographic. Call me a whiner if you want, but I'm disappointed that PGI seems to have no interest in taking my money.

ok, to escape the excessive whining present in this thread (especially that guy that claims to be a servant of chaos, I didn't know there was a fifth chaos god of crying like a *****), I do second the claim that hero mech sales are much more valuable to us. Obviously all of them on sale is absurd, but sales such as the working class hero or the pretty baby for one weekend are definitely valuable to the players. I speak for a unit of about 30 when I say that, those really are the sales we appreciate.
We would also enjoy a little more information ahead of time, you're not passing the best word to us so far. The monthly updates are ok, but we'd prefer a more solid timeline, and any sort of prior word you can give on sales or events like this.
Also, infinitely more impressed with the 25 wins challenge then the leaderboard challenges, as there's only about 50 players that still even bother with the leaderboards...

From what I can see, they always have a Trial by Fire sale when the trial 'Mechs are about to be rotated out so new players can get the trial 'Mech that they liked the most cheaper.

Thanks! I've been waiting for the Trial by Fire sale so I could get the Jaeger and Highlander. Both mechs I do not own. And my C-bills are in short supply right now, but I have MC. Bought both.

I'm finding it difficult to understand the hate towards the JM6-S. It can be customised after right? The other day I got the top score in 8 of 10 matches with the S. Best mech I've ever used.

And I agree with the post about not buying anymore MC until the gameplay issues are truly addressed and in good working order. I've spent enough, not spending anymore until I see a real return for the investment. New mechs, new maps, new CW stuff ... yay? Still have trouble playing more than 1-5 matches in a row without dropping to login or desktop. Still get the blue spots on some maps. Some of us have ponied up the cash, time for ya'll to start ponying up the results.

Yeah, yeah ... blah, blah ... it's still a BETA. If it's still a Beta and subject to some of these basic problems I do not feel compelled to invest anymore capital into it. I can run the mechs that I have and tweak them as needed with MC. The scary part is that the game is still only using DX9. I'm scared to think what will happen when they bump it up to DX10 or DX11. Look at what happened with the little bump up on the CryEngine back when.

I still love playing the game solo or with my friends. I'll play it until it crashes and burns eventually, sooner or later, but no more cash until the game is much more stable.

I think this sale is lame, but if people spend MC on this sale it is good for PGI

We still need to communicate our wants for upcoming sales. We are the consumers and our

needs are what PGI want to fulfill as long as our cash is flowing.

I don't participate in these sales but at least the Jager and Highlander here are decently good mechs.

I usually feel bad for people who spend MC to buy Raven 2X.

The sale is okay, maybe a quite lacking.
Would have been nice to have one set of colours or one camo, at least for the chassis offered, included in the sale.

BTW, not every one have time to grind all mechs. Bought Highlander and Jager, thanks!
