My post was exactly about how screen shaking and such made some mechs simply unplayable.
If you look for trolling, I'd suggest you look at posts with "swimming in poptarts tears" phrases in them.
You're doing it in the wrong thread.

All poptarts theme is a result of the PGI 'good' PPC-heat and shot-speed balance. Nerf PCC shot speed and add some additional heat - thats all, poptarts will dissapear.
...Promises the poptarder...
I have more respect for PPC-STK pilots than any of the HGN poptarders.

Played a few matches and i am shocked at how extreme you guys took this nerf. 1 of the effects would have been fine... but all 3 put together is way too much. Im not getting sick. But I am feeling sick knowing that JJ's are broken till you fix them.
No more JJ's for a while /sigh

Bye Bye..!
If true, that could happen on any game (read the warnings on the boxes). However, If, as I suspect, this is indeed simply an attempt to get your poptart easy mode back, using your son as a foil is pretty pathetic.

You wanted them to fix poptarting by implementing a visual effect that caused a good portion of the community to get motion sickness?
No, I'm calling BS that this is really happening in most cases. And 10 or even 20 dudes on a forum do not make up a "good portion of the community"...

Getting motion sick from this is very real. I literally played one game and I'm so dizzy I cannot play another. And preferring 6 PPC stalkers (which might be the most broken style of play in the game) to a 3D poptart? Your noob ways are showing.

I do feel bad for those people that are having serious issues with the shake though, hopefully there will be some sort of compromise, but this NEEDS to stay in game.
Now that sounds like an HONEST response. Nicely done.

It makes up a pretty damned good demographic of this thread and many others like it. Have you noticed there are tons of people that AGREE with nerfing poptarts, but disagree with the way it happened? No, of course not, we are all just a bunch of liars looking keep easy mode.
Stay classy.

Sorry you are getting sick, if you really are (pardon my skepticism but I believe it is valid given the QQing in this thread). You simply need to move to another type of mech. As far as 6 PPC stalkers...they are a bad build design...too hot. Definitely prefer them to a 3D poptart.

JJ's are the only thing keeping some mechs viable, and for such a beautiful game, it seems you guys really are trying to make the majority of gameplay look like junk.
Wouldn't disabling zoom (all vision modes) while in the air and adding a small shake accomplish the thing and not ruin JJ's for people who dislike watching larger screen dance?
Does anyone at PGI test on a screen larger than 15"?
Must we do everything to excess then have to make yet another change to scale it back?
How about small changes across a few weeks (because apparently QA/testing fell down the stairs or perhaps they really just want to quit and go back to school for interpretive dance).
*waits for the PPCfoxtrotapocolypse next*.

Most of us agree that poptarting is bad and needs to be nerf/fixed/resolved, but the way it has been done is making alot people motion sick and I'm done for the night after three rounds.
I still feel fairly sick an hour later, no other game does this to me.

Well there you have it everybody. If there was an issue their crack team of ace internal testers would have caught it like they do all the others.
So far, they haven't caught diddly!
LRMpocalypse V4 or is it V5 is underway, and the cockpit shake is making people ill.
So far cockpit shake is the most screamed about, and well it should be.
