Also I think a variant with six laser hard points might just be confirmed.

That SRM4 is indeed in the CT. However, that little bulge above it makes me think the CT will be hittable from the side, like the Jenner, Cicada and Awesome.
That's not good.

Word! And hey, if you look closely, he even kept the 3 protruding buck teeth, just made 'em a little less prominent. So it looks much less like a mechanized Cpt. Bucky O'Hare. Great job, Alex!

Not likely, as this mech is known for it's sub-par armor for a heavy

As for the srm4 slot..I am hoping for a 4 missile hard point variant. 2 left torso 2 center. So I would do 2 srm4s in the middle and 2 6packs in the left. A dragon variant as 2 missile in the center so could happen.
Sub Par armor would be made up by the space saved by not using every hard point. Cranking it up to full armor with the crits slots saved for Endo and Ferro would get it very close to max. Will the max armor potential be more than the CN9, with 10 more tons lets hope so.

Humanoid Heavy class mech. It's compatriots (Catapult, Dragon, Jagermech, Cataphract) are all either non-humanoid, quasimodo, or stumpy arms.
Hardpoint-wise it's not that special (but more lasers than any Dragon, Catappult, or Jager can bring!) but visually, stature-wise, it will stand out among the Heavy mechs.

this of course assuming that everyone likes humanoid mechs (personally I don't care for them)

That's assuming PGI doesn't make it as tall as a Trenchbucket or some garbage like that. Which given past 'mechs is as likely as not.

No, I've been trying to figure out the most close range optimal weapon configuration with a STD 350 since I read the words "Quickdraw." I'm fully expecting this mech to finish off the Dragon, and make Medium mechs look even worse than before.
