Choose your first mech and drop. Next game pick your second mech and drop.
Go through all your mechs for one drop each.
It really adds a new challenge to the game and might make you a better player.
First, it makes you adapt quickly. I have a hard time adjusting when I switch mechs that have a totally different role.
Second, it helped me learn how to adapt some of my older mechs to the new meta. Some of the mechs collecting dust in my mechbay are way better since i played them before. Or way worse. After a few tweaks they might be fun again.
I had a fun time dropping in my "forgotten" mechs. I will probably spend some time on Smurfy's tomorrow adapting these unused bots and see what I can do.
Update:
My HBK-4SP is still doing well. Even with the SRM6 nerf it still does well.
My HBK-4P with 7 small lasers. Ouch. Still good in a brawl. Needs a a rebuild.
My CN9-AL was OK the last time I played it Now it stinks bad. Way bad. Needs a a rebuild.
My CN9-D is still rocking. UAC5 and 325XL oh yeah.
My CN9-YLW is still good. Better on smaller maps though.
My Stk-3F is OK with 4 streaks for now. Need to add BAP if the meta continues.
My Stk-5M is OK with 4 SRM4's but is kinda weak.
My Stk-5S is lame with 4 SRM6's and 2 AMS but I will not change it yet.
Will update soon.
