why messing around with pulse lasers?
Why is the PPC doing less heat than a Large Laser? thats a problem!!!

The most I've ever boated with LPL was like 2, when I was trying different builds for the BJ-3.

Now, the decision is easy. More LPLs PPCs for me!

New 'mech, nerf large pulse laser, buff small pulse laser, don't do any of the things you said you were going to do in this patch (SSRMs, Seismic, jumpjet screen shake)?

So worried that all the features I care about are just vaporware...

Edit: As much as I'd love to hear "a fix is coming next patch," there is nothing more irritating than being lied to. Please, if you're not sure it's going to make the patch, don't get our hopes up.

And for the love of god, BUFF SRMS ALREADY!

Well i know not every one is affected by the jj shake but i also now a fair percentage are. For one month youve known this yet you choose to look the other way ?
I have a founders jenner C1 cat(f) and i bought a heavy metal. You have restricted the mechs i and others can play with for a long time.

This is bad, even for you guys i did not forsee you ignoring this.

Hah.

It's more like if you know your own FPS, any reduction in performance would go unnoticed. It's a brilliant nerf! That's how you "fix" low FPS machines.

That temporary SRM fix is getting less temporary each passing month. I need mechbays and would like to give you money but the horrible inability to fix SRM's or brawling in general makes that impossible. Flamers and MG's have never been viable and why those take priority over SRM's is beyond me.


At this point my patience is more or less ******. Fix the ******* game or show some sort of intention of fixing it. Maybe comment on why promised changes aren't happening. For example: "All of our programmers have forgotten how to edit numerical values in a XML-file so there won't be any fixing of SRM's this century."

Fail patch. Fail PGI. No money.

if you are just trying to find the right normalization curve, you can do that internally. don't need to give us unbalanced stuff in the process

Is it month 2 or 3 where we still nothing for SRM's? Sure you have your long range sniping alpha builds working no problem. SRM HSR is not really function and to top it off I get way less punch for what It cost to equip it. Hunchy SP Brawler, Cent Brawlers out of the question? What because of a SRM cat that may get close and hit something hard? Most of us just asked for a increase to 2.0 damage per missile.

*SRM6 Sucks: 3 tons 9 damage if they all hit (rarely do). Don't give me the splash nonsense you said you reduced the poop out of it. They Require ammo and have a very short effective.

Compared to:
*3 medium lasers 15 damage, 3 tons just point shoot and follow. Uh oh but the heats higher. Fine 2 Med lasers still more damage less heat
*LRM Yeah they got a buff working good can shoot over a mountain Woot
*Streaks lock and let em go
*ERPPC's Oh yeah the pride and joy of any sniper hit you from 1000 k away or in your face and smile woot.
*Gauss 15 tons 15 damage can hit in your face or 2000 away.
*AC 5 nice reload time it moves up
*4x+ AC2 Macro. Yeah they don't do damage. Look at the range! o_O
C'mon you everything else dialed in give the SRMS zero splash and minimum 2 points of damage.

It was stated that the ping issues and hit detection were related. The ping fixes in this patch should help with hit detection, since the ping spikes were messing up HSR calculations.
