First impressionms is the ping rate for me in UK stayed the same, shooting did seem to connect more

they make pills to fix your ping, just dont be embarrassed to ask about them. Also if your ping stays high for more than 4hrs seek a doctor.

Prior to whatever it was that changed I enjoyed a lovely smooth 100 ping from the UK. This had recently been all over the place from 150 - 300 however this patch seems to have sorted it out, my ping is back to what it was before and the whole thing feels sooooo much smoother.

Too early to assess the hit registratrion but so far so VERY good, well done

From 650 down to around 170-180. Maybe some occasional spikes to around 190.

Well hmf... played the game for first time in weeks today:

Seems more smooth than it's ever been. Not sure if this had anything to do w/ that but still....

That would explain those many times whenever my lag was above 200, I did absolutely no damage even at point blank.

Ping seemed alot more stable and everything seemed to be fixed until I just got kicked off of game due to lost session.

3 rounds in my Quickdraw and very stable pings and laser hit registration. Much appreciated on the hot fix folks, I have yet to try my ballistics builds, but I imagine they will yield the same improvements.

I have a ping of 300, before the patch I had some hit reg issues with small mechs up close but now it seems even heavies are giving me a problem. Im talking specifically PPC, laser weapons seem to be better now. Anyone else have this problem? I know 300 ping is pushing it, but this is where HSR is suppose to help.

Edit : My ping has improved by +-30ms.

Shots actually seem to score better but what is with the heat? Seems like I cannot fire anything without overheating now.

Thats what happens when you push the button to much !

what I mean is you alpha 9 mediums expect shut down

looks like the hotfix did the trick. Thanks for the quick fix PGI! Hopefully we won't have too many of these hit detection issues later on.

Only played one match but my ping was back to my stable 100ms. And now with HSR also working my Ilya is fun again. Good job!
