I poke a ridge, just enough to let him see me, and move right as he lines up his shot. His shot misses, or hits the rock I had been partially behind.

I then move out of cover and fire while his weapons cycle.

And yes, I do this in game, and it works.

It is a lot of fun to watch 60 point alpha's sail by me or hit turf.

Not so much fun when it fails to work

Better still? I shoot them while they shoot at a teammate

Hate to tell you, but this is exactly the problem. His build stands on a ridge in plain sight and wins and forces you to be a clever gambling maneuverable pilot to make him miss, sometimes. Because he isn't afraid of anything that can come over a ridge in his LOS, because he wins, and has little to no drawback, because broken-*** heatscales. And is why High Alpha Warrior online is horsecrap.

I hate to add wild speculation to anything, but I have noticed this as well over the past few days.

Tell me to torso twist? *******. I torso twist like a fiend. And I know when I'm getting cored for being stupid. Know how? Cause I was being stupid.

But, most recently my guildies, as well as I, have noticed a lot of "coring" with nigh else being touched.

What does this spark? Conversations of AIMBOTS.

I'm not trying to spread rumors, but when we get a LOT of head and CT cores with little damage elsewhere....it's hard not to be suspicious without being about to disprove it.

And this is only against certain teams. I have screen shots and have sent to PGI.

I hate too add more fuel to the fires of wild speculation, but I and a couple of people I regularly drop with have noticed this too over the past week or so. While I'm certain a vast majority of the players still do not use aimbots, there seems to have been a sudden spike in the number of miracle shots. Or maybe it's just coincidence.

CT cored, rest of armor barely touched. That's MWO for you.

So that you were a Highlander and doing only 192 Damage in 4:29?

or

You don't know how to Torso Twist?

My God you are such an *****.

OP: I hear ya. I guess Darren has never looked at a STK with 6 PPCs (or two, as is usually the case). 'Cause all it takes is a second and you're dead. No "torso twist" is gonna save you from that.

Btw Darren, how do you hit your targets when you don't look at them? I'm curious to know more about this skill of yours.

And neither have you......Anyone with half a brain is using 4, or 3 ERs. I cant remember the last time i saw a stalker with a full six; it certainly wasnt this last week.

Well, those 4 PPC boaters are generally much more dangerous, because they do not overheat that much. But i am still seeing full 6 PPC Stalkers around from time to time (yesterday was the last time!), so they are not out.
