The proposed anti-boating heat measures, while appreciated that they are at least trying something, will not have any significant impact.

Hard point size restrictions are the best way to go to ensure new nechs introduced later don't become future boat issues.

If they had done to that chassis what they did to screw over the AWS-9M platform, put 3 of its energy slot in the head (1) and CT (2), then the current Stalker PPC issue would never have arisen, but alas, the true Energy Boat got nerfed and the Stalker roams free. :D

This is what I believe, too.

You want a way to keep lights more competitive. Hard point size restrictions is the only way.
