As much as I love the look of these new mechs, having to pay $80 just to get the Battlemaster (and everything else) is a bit crappy. I've already paid for founder, I don't really want to have to pay again.

Surely it should be like the old founder packages, if you pay $20, you get to pick one of the 4 mechs to have, not "You didn't pay us much, because of this you only get a light mech, enjoy!"

ok so i bought project pheonix overlord package...how can i confirm that the package is purchased or not??

i only got an email about it and nothing else

Right now you only get the email. I am assuming at some point in the future we will have a page we can go to to select stuff about the package.

cause it seems quite strange that no where on our Profile it said anything about the purchase.

When I say everybody, I actually mean about 70% of the population would probably pick it. I bet I was one of the few that picked the HBK-4G for my Elite Founders Mech choice. Most picked Atlas or Catapult I am sure.

Nope. I only want the Shadow Hawk.

But because I have to buy a Locust (which I DO NOT want), I won't be purchasing anything. I think the Overlord package is a great deal, but I'm not interested. Wish there was another option but there is not so it is mostly PGI's loss. (a bit mine too cuz I'd luv to drive the Phoenix Shadow Hawk, but I can live with out it.

i must say this guys, fix your own damn computers and internet before bitching at the game designers, sorry for your misfortunes, but if you can't play the game on high *** graphix and with a ping of only 25 ..... well stop bitching.. seriously.. okay so the game isn't completely top notch! whatever, stop bitching, either play the game like the rules are, or go play something else, im tired of wasting my precious minutes of life reading ******** griefing by people still on 56k modems and old dos boxes who havent moved on to at the very least windows 98 machines... if you can't get the recommended hardware, that's your mommy and daddy's fault for either a. not buying it for you, b. not spending enough time on you to teach you to pay attention in school, c. not having the connections to get you into a rather nice job in spite of your short comings, or d. not having the proper gene pool to give you the skill set to rise above the other fat pudgy grinders of the real world to either be content with this or help make it better... but hey, that's your parents fault.. oh wait, you were adopted so you were just some damn arm bag then huh?


please.. leave the people that make this game alone and stop wasting my time with nonsense posts about how this game is broken and fix it fix it before you make more mechs for us to buy... literally speaking, this game runs AWESOME on my machine while i watch a movie and check facebook posts on 2 other screens on my computer at the same time... please.. just STOP...

Dude, it's "leaked" in the RP sense. It wasn't really leaked. This is an advertisement. PGI is playing around with new ways to encourage people to spend money on MW:O. Relax.

Maybe I'm missing something (new player really enjoying the game and bought this pack ) , but the 80 dollar one seems like a good deal. You get 4 months of premium time , wouldn't that run almost 60 dollars if paid for in 30 day increments ? So for 20 dollars you get all the mechs and mechbays that come with them ? Not saying its for everyone , just seems like a good deal to me.

You will see "Overlord Tier Current" on the overlord package and "Guardian Tier Owned" on the other tree packages (replace tier name) instead of "Overlord Tier 80$" and "Guardian Tier 60$" on the left boxes.

I'm potentially picking up the Overlord package as soon as there's a very clear, very definitive update from PGI about what's going on with the game now, what's coming up and when to expect it. There's been little to no communication for the last few weeks now which leads me to believe something big might be coming.

Until I know what it is or what the reason for the communication / update blackout is, my money is staying in my pocket.
